  The product is sticky but provides great hydration. It's worth giving it a try. The manufacturer is Korea Kolmar.

  There's a burning sensation! Those with sensitive skin should be careful! When applied to the face, it causes a burning feeling, so I mostly use it on my body.

  Pros

  This might be the best product I've ever used. Of course, results may vary, but after applying toner and emulsion in that order every night after washing my face, my blemishes completely disappeared. I did drink more water, but I still think it's great for keeping my skin hydrated.

  Cons

  The downside is that it can feel a bit rich and the hydration evaporates quickly, so you need to reapply it several times.

  Tip

  If you soak a cotton pad with it and use it before makeup, your skin looks clearer.

  Wow, I didn't realize it was discontinued since I bought it online... I've been using this since my early 20s. Personally, even though I have super sensitive skin, this toner worked wonders for me, despite not having the most impressive ingredient list. With my combination dehydrated skin, applying 2-3 layers of this really boosted my skin's hydration levels. It's a shame it's discontinued, I'll have to look for the renewed version now.

  Cons

  I've been using this for years and never once felt disappointed.

  Tip

  I used to layer this toner between the Dokdo Skin and Dokdo Emulsion. The Dokdo Skin has exfoliating ingredients, so using it alone as a toner made my skin quite dry. But when I applied this Atomy toner afterwards, it instantly made my skin feel moist and comfortable.

  The way it absorbs is nice, and you get a generous amount. In summer, applying just this keeps my skin hydrated, which I love. I've heard good things about Atomy products in general, so that added to my confidence in it!

  Cons

  I originally bought it for blemishes, but it doesn't seem to have any soothing effect on them...

  Tip

  If you have oily skin like me, try using the Atomy toner and then skip the emulsion, going straight to the essence. It feels less heavy on the skin this way!

  However, it had absolutely no effect on improving my acne, so I had no choice but to switch to a different product.
