The product is sticky but provides great hydration. It's worth giving it a try. The manufacturer is Korea Kolmar. There's a burning sensation! Those with sensitive skin should be careful! When applied to the face, it causes a burning feeling, so I mostly use it on my body.

As someone with typically dry skin, I usually wake up with an oil slick on my face if I only apply emulsion before bed. This toner, however, has a slightly thicker consistency than water-based formulas. The scent was also pleasant. I tried this product because of its many reported benefits, but unfortunately, it left my skin feeling excessively oily and even caused some cystic blemishes to appear. There's absolutely nothing good to say about this product. It's the worst of the worst. I regret spending my hard-earned money on it. First off, as a Hwahae user, I always check the ingredients, and they're disappointing here. The fragrance is another issue - it's overpowering, like an old-fashioned men's aftershave. When applied, it instantly aggravates my already sensitive skin, causing more redness. I bought this with the matching emulsion, and I deeply regret the purchase. This might be the best product I've ever used. Of course, results may vary, but after applying toner and emulsion in that order every night after washing my face, my blemishes completely disappeared. I did drink more water, but I still think it's great for keeping my skin hydrated. The downside is that it can feel a bit rich and the hydration evaporates quickly, so you need to reapply it several times. This toner feels more like an essence when applying. That's why I found it so light and easy to use. The disappointing part is that it's too watery. It seems to lack a middle ground in terms of consistency.

It absorbs well and doesn't seem to cause much irritation. Not bad at all, it's a solid choice! As I continued using it, my face became dry and started to feel a tingling sensation.
