This is my holy grail toner! I've been using it for years, exclusively as part of my nighttime routine. My skin used to be plagued with dead skin cells, but since I started using this, I haven't needed to exfoliate separately. If I sleep with any other toner, my skin immediately becomes rough. While I'm not sure about its other benefits, this reason alone keeps me coming back for more. As this is a BHA toner, those with super sensitive skin should use it with caution. Since I started using this toner, I haven't needed to use a separate exfoliator! It contains BHA but isn't irritating at all. It's really great. It didn't have much effect on blackheads. Also, it stings quite a bit if it gets in your eyes. After washing your face, apply it from forehead to chin, patting it in until it's absorbed. It's great for refining skin texture.
