This is my holy grail toner! I've been using it for years, exclusively as part of my nighttime routine. My skin used to be plagued with dead skin cells, but since I started using this, I haven't needed to exfoliate separately. If I sleep with any other toner, my skin immediately becomes rough. While I'm not sure about its other benefits, this reason alone keeps me coming back for more. As this is a BHA toner, those with super sensitive skin should use it with caution. Since I started using this toner, I haven't needed to use a separate exfoliator! It contains BHA but isn't irritating at all. It's really great. It didn't have much effect on blackheads. Also, it stings quite a bit if it gets in your eyes. After washing your face, apply it from forehead to chin, patting it in until it's absorbed. The liquid formula makes it perfect as a final exfoliating toner. The pump dispenser also makes it easy to control the amount. As someone with oily, acne-prone skin, this product is a perfect match. I can't really think of any downsides.

I also applied it to areas with blackheads. Although it's recommended to use 3 times a week, it wasn't irritating, so I just used it according to my skin's condition. When applied to my back, it definitely controlled oil production. Oil control: While using it, I didn't notice much, but when I stopped, I could definitely feel my skin getting oilier! It also helped with removing dead skin cells to some extent. Dryness: When I was worried about dryness, I'd apply centella toner afterwards or layer on hydrating creams multiple times, or use a richer moisturizer, which worked well. When the skin texture improved and hydration was replenished, my skin had an even better glow. Blemish care: For closed comedones, applying it all over like a toner provided adequate care. For cystic acne, using it before other targeted products enhanced the effectiveness. The routine that worked well for cystic acne was: seaweed collagen mask > BHA toner > zinc ampoule > EFI derma cream > moisturizer. I saw noticeable improvement in just 2 days. Nothing really. However, when I first started using it and didn't know much about BHA, I used it inconsistently and didn't see results. Once I understood the BHA ingredient and used it properly, it worked great! BHA: Dissolves sebum / Mild exfoliation / Effective for cystic acne, blackheads, back acne / Be cautious if you have contact dermatitis / Use 1-3 times a week for full-face application For overall oil control: Use 1-3 times a week instead of toner all over the face. When skin texture is uneven, applying before makeup helps smooth it out. This exfoliating toner offers great value with its generous quantity and refreshing feel on the skin. It wasn't as effective at removing blackheads as I had hoped. Daily use weakened my skin and caused blemishes to appear. I recommend using it only once or twice a week. I found it useful for managing ingrown hairs after hair removal. I love that I don't need to exfoliate separately. When I apply this toner, my makeup doesn't flake off, which is fantastic. I'm on my second bottle because there's nothing to complain about! I've been using this for 5 years now, it's become my holy grail product. It was especially effective in my early 20s. I bought it trusting the ingredients as an entry into BHA products, and it worked so well with my skin that I stuck with it. When I use this, my skin texture improves, and when I don't, blackheads and excess sebum appear. It's almost fragrance-free and causes no tingling sensation at all. Great value for money with a generous amount of product. For a while, I had no complaints, but gradually the effectiveness has decreased compared to when I first started using it. As someone with combination dehydrated skin who used to struggle with frequent blemishes, I've been using this toner along with Miin Jung Ki EGF for years now. Since I started, I've noticed a significant reduction in breakouts. The toner's exfoliating properties leave my skin feeling smooth and refined. While there's nothing particularly disappointing about this product, I wouldn't set high expectations for its effectiveness on blackheads based on the name alone. It might slow down the formation of whiteheads to some extent, but in my experience, oil-based products work better for dissolving blackheads. Avoid mixing this toner with AHA products. The ingredients are decent, and the price is reasonable. You'll see results with consistent use. I recommend using it once every 2-3 days rather than daily for best results. There's not much to dislike! I hope they keep the product just as it is!
