As I have dehydrated skin, this toner seems to be great as it helps with both exfoliating dead skin cells and hydrating the skin all at once. Among the toners I've tried, this one appears to be the most effective in removing dead skin and making my makeup apply the best.

Pros
I bought it on sale for around 13,000 won, and it's great for using as a peeling pad!! I found out that it also helps with exfoliating, so I wipe it on after washing my face, and I've definitely noticed fewer breakouts!
Cons
To be honest, the amount is a lot, so I tried to use it as a moisture pack, but it was too irritating ㅠ It even caused some bumps and flipping on my cheeks. Using this as a moisture pack is not recommended for those with sensitive skin!!
Tip
In my case, my skin tends to be oily in the summer and dry in the winter, so around this time of year when a lot of oil comes up, I just wipe this on once and then go straight to a moisturizer. In the winter, when this isn't enough, I use a thicker water-based toner afterwards. And for areas like the nose or chin where the skin is thicker, doing a 10-minute moisture pack with this is fine!! If you do it right after washing, you'll even see some sebum come out when you wipe it off!

I bought it because it was said to be good for exfoliating, and it definitely does a great job of removing dead skin!

It does dry out quickly because it contains alcohol, but if you apply a moisturizing cream along with it, it won't dry out as much

Pros
It's non-alcoholic, so it's mild and I used it without any side effects. When applied, it feels refreshing and cleanses impurities thoroughly, so I think it definitely serves its purpose as a toner. Since it doesn't contain unnecessary chemical ingredients, it's also gentle on the face! And it's a large size too!
Cons
Since they didn't add any fragrance, the smell was a bit lacking at first. But I got used to it as I used it, though it may take some getting used to initially.

It seems to perform the basic functions of a toner. I use a generous amount on cotton pads to refine my skin after morning and evening cleansing. The scent is nice, and the bottle size is great :)
Cons
If you have to pick it, the toner doesn't really do too much or too little. It seems cheaper to buy it from social commerce sites. It's hard to find in mainstream retail stores.

The best thing about it seems to be the great value for money. I mainly use it to cleanse and refine my skin after washing my face, but on days when I exfoliate, I keep it in the fridge and use it to soothe my skin. I've been using it without any major issues, and it's been quite reliable.~!!!

Even though I have oily skin, this product keeps my skin moisturized and effectively removes dead skin cells. I had persistent acne, but after using this product alone without any other cosmetics, my acne has reduced somewhat.

Just washing your face with water in the morning and wiping it with a cotton pad soaked in this is the best. No dryness, no dead skin.

The smell is garbage lol Never buy the original witch hazel scent lol
