  Pros

  This versatile basic for sensitive, dry skin works wonders when mixed with Cynic First Essence. I love its slightly rich texture. I use it with jojoba oil, though I can't really tell the difference. It suits me so well that I use it alone or mix it with everything - I'm a big fan! While it's pricey domestically, it's super affordable if you buy it directly from overseas - less than half the local price.

  Cons

  The packaging is... well... The cap is incredibly difficult to remove. It's so slippery! I like that it's in a glass bottle, but couldn't they do something about the cap? I use generous amounts, so the pump isn't particularly inconvenient for me. It's the stubborn cap that's the real hassle.

  Tip

  Try using it at different concentrations with your First Essence. Add a few drops to your essence bottle or put some in a mist bottle for a quick spritz. Depending on the oil concentration, you can use it for cleansing or hydration. If you have very dry skin, you can even add it to a modeling mask. You can also add a few drops to your rinse water when cleansing. Feel free to apply it to your hair ends and any dry areas - it's gentle enough for versatile use.

  Pros

  This product really shows how gentle it is! I haven't had a single blemish since I started using it. Even when it's that time of the month, nothing's popped up yet. My foundation is matte, so I apply this in the morning, and it keeps my skin from feeling dry until about 5 PM. I have dry skin and I'm a total oil fanatic, but my adventurous side got the better of me and I tried this. I think I've found my new go-to!

  Cons

  This oil has a very distinct personality - it's screaming 'I'm oil!' It's incredibly slippery, which is great, but after applying it, I can't open any other product lids. I can't even open the oil's own cap now! I've resorted to just resting the lid on top. At first, I tried to reduce the slipperiness by vigorously rubbing it between my hands, but that only made my face feel hot.

  Tip

  I don't recommend rubbing it vigorously between your hands. I prefer to gently spread it over my face. No matter how much you rub, it remains just as slippery as when you first apply it.

  Pros

  I mix a drop of this with my moisturizer, and it's wonderfully hydrating for my dry skin. I use it consistently.

  Cons

  Being an oil product, it's inevitable that it feels a bit slippery.
