Since I often have skin irritation due to allergies, I've been using this product frequently. Pros
I've been using this product exclusively for almost 6 years since my sebum production increased a lot during middle school! I highly recommend it to those with a lot of acne and excessive sebum. The fresh scent makes it easy to use lightly.
Cons
The alcohol content can make the skin feel rough. If you don't have much sebum production or breakouts, I'd recommend trying a different product without alcohol.
Tip
If you accidentally apply it right after popping a pimple, you may feel a stinging sensation the next morning. And if it gets in your eyes, it will sting a lot, so be careful.

To be honest, the only positive was that it had a bit of an older man's scent and was a bit stimulating...but there wasn't really much else that was good about it.
Cons
First of all, it had a bit of an older man's scent, and from the first time I used it, my acne actually got worse. But I tried to tough it out and keep using it. I used to use the original Clinique Moisture Surge Skin, but since it's summer, I had a couple of pimples pop up, so I switched. It seems to have a slightly less alcoholic smell and is a bit less irritating than Clinique.
Cons
I bought the toner and essence lotion together, but immediately after using them, I got 3 painful pimples on my chin and 2 on each cheek. I also found the signature Biotherm scent a bit bothersome.
Tip
If you're a bit sensitive, be sure to try a sample first.
