Pros
I tried a small sample and it's great for skin troubles. Especially when I had clogged pores on my T-zone, using it made them subside quickly. Since I have a lot of redness, I experienced some heat buildup and small clogged pores and inflammation, but the cooling effect helped reduce the heat and I used it well.
Cons
I don't recommend it for dry skin. As a combination skin type, I only used it on the trouble areas. It's better to use it occasionally rather than always.

Pros
After using this, my stubborn acne has almost completely subsided and my skin has become really smooth. I'm not sure about severe acne, but my stubborn acne has all cleared up!!

When you're about to get a little acne, using this makes it go away quickly. It's really amazing.

Writing every day feels too burdensome, and when acne flares up really badly, I soak a cotton pad with the product and apply it to my face, which helps the blemishes clear up relatively quickly.
Cons

My face feels refreshed and my skin tone is much more refined. When I apply it on my acne, it also feels like it's being disinfected!

I received a sample, tried it, and liked it so much that I bought two bottles and used them up The acne on my forehead that was there before completely disappeared after using it. Pros
I had very severe acne, but after switching to this toner and cream line, my skin improved dramatically in just a week. I've been using it for 4 years now. At first, in the first 3 days after switching, my face turned red and felt hot, and I thought it wasn't working for me and that I should change it, but those symptoms disappeared after 3 days, and my skin improved so much that even people around me commented on it.
