I have very few skin troubles on my face. The advantage is that it can be used for a long time after one use.

I accidentally used it as a gift for my younger sibling. My husband liked using it because it was free of oil. I felt that I needed to finish it with creams, etc. The refreshing feel of use was good. My husband has slightly problematic skin, but it did not worsen. The product seemed mild and unremarkable.
Cons

Pros
Most cosmetics would cause me to break out, but this product did not result in any acne. Additionally, products that don't cause acne can sometimes be drying, but this one was not overly drying for me. The fact that it didn't cause any breakouts was incredibly exciting and I used it with great enthusiasm.
Cons
While it wasn't drying, it also wasn't particularly moisturizing. It just had a basic skin feel to it.

It seems to not cause any trouble or strain on the skin, so I keep coming back to it. And the price is very affordable.
Cons
There weren't any bad points. But I also didn't feel like it was significantly better than other toners.

While it's not an extremely moisturizing style, I've been using it for a few years now with a light and clean feel without any trouble. I still have no intention of switching to another product.

I used it as a cleansing toner, and it felt a little cooler than when I used the previous skin toner! I have sensitive combination skin, but my skin didn't have any major issues, just a neutral feeling. I used 4 bottles.
Cons
When I first started applying it, it felt a bit stingy. But it was fine after some time. It's disappointing that there's no noticeable effect considering the price.

Although I have dry skin, I am sensitive to oils, and using products with oils would immediately cause breakouts. However, I did not experience any breakouts after using this product.
Cons

I've been using this for over 5 years now. Whenever I go to the duty-free shop, I always buy multiple bottles. I have several Kiehl's toners, but this one is the best in my opinion. My skin is extremely dry in the winter, but after cleansing, applying this generously leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed. I've never had any skin troubles with this product.
