During the first cleanse, I gently massage it in circular motions. After a thorough application, followed by a light foam cleanse, my makeup disappears completely, leaving my skin feeling hydrated and moisturized. I'm very satisfied and have been using it consistently. There's not much to criticize, but if I had to point out one thing, it would be that it dries rather quickly. When this happens, I simply dampen my hands slightly with water and continue massaging - problem solved! As it's a low-irritation product, I use it for a thorough first cleanse, followed by a light application of foam cleanser (Chanel product). I switched from my previous cleansing oil because it felt too heavy, and I'm loving how light this one is. It doesn't leave my skin feeling dry, but I still make sure to follow up with a second cleanse. The blush doesn't come off just by rubbing. The application was gentle and non-irritating. It also gave me the impression that my skin looked brighter! It feels different from cleansing oil. It feels light and gentle. The scent is also mild. The cream absorbs well too. My eyes stung so badly! Despite the gentle fragrance, my eyes were incredibly irritated. When I checked the ingredients, sure enough, there were red flag components... Just apply it gently on your skin. As someone who usually does double cleansing, I first remove my makeup with a tissue and then use this product. The texture is soft and it feels really gentle on the skin. As you massage it in, it absorbs into the skin quickly, so you end up using more product than expected. I'd recommend this more for those who wear light makeup rather than heavy makeup. Due to my super sensitive skin, I always use cleansing milk. I've been using washable milk for a long time and got bored, so I tried others... But in the middle of using different products, I kept thinking about this one and eventually came back to it! It's so gentle that when I cleanse, it feels like I'm getting a professional treatment at a dermatologist's office or spa. It's so convenient because it's washable. Just apply this emulsion-type product and rinse with water - that's it! I'm not sure how well it actually removes makeup. I use it mainly for convenience.
