Even when I try other products due to the price, nothing compares, so I always come back to this.
It's my holy grail for treating hard, painful acne, pustules, and small bumps.
While it doesn't show dramatic instant results, it gradually reduces inflammation, calming redness and preventing scars.
In my case, I get hormonal breakouts on my chin, but applying this almost daily helps prevent menstrual cycle-related blemishes and soothes both large and small bumps.
If azelaic acid works well for you, this will become your favorite.

Unlike many spot treatments that pill or leave visible residue under makeup, this product has a wonderfully hydrating yet fresh texture. You can apply it anytime, before or after makeup! It's fragrance-free, non-irritating, and glides on gently.

The tube packaging is definitely hygienic. Unlike pump bottles, you can use every last bit. The soft tube makes it easy to squeeze out just the right amount.

My complexion brightened and my skin texture improved. Though subtle, it seemed to control excess oil, reducing facial shine. After using BHA liquid, I applied a small amount and it helped prevent tiny bumps. Despite the small volume, using it sparingly lasted me 2 months.
