The fact that it effectively removes oil from the scalp of intellectuals is a good thing. I bought it expecting it to be moisturizing because the name is 'Extra Moisturizing', but when I use it, my hair becomes too dry and brittle, and it's difficult to brush without using a conditioner. In the end, I'm at a loss on what to do, and it's quietly sitting in the corner of my bathroom. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMay 24, 2016
At first, the greasiness was easy to remove and it wasn't stiff, so I repurchased it. However, after using it for about 2 months, my hair turned into seborrheic dermatitis, causing an explosion of scalp acne. It became extremely greasy, so I had to stop using it. What happened to the shampoo? - ss********Dry SkinFeb 2, 2016
I purchased it at a low price during my travels. It produces a rich, creamy lather. When I use it, my hair feels too dry and stiff. - wn*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinRednessAug 25, 2015
This oil-free product is perfect for intelligent skin. Unlike regular shampoos in our country, this product leaves the hair feeling extremely stiff and dry after use, making a conditioner essential. While it completely removes the oil, it also leaves the hair extremely rigid in return. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinFeb 23, 2015
While it's great that my hair gets volume after shampooing, it does get a bit stiff. If you don't like the dryness, using a conditioner would be a must. At first I didn't notice, but after using it for over 2 months, my hair has become really itchy and I've developed dandruff. It seems like it just doesn't agree with me. I couldn't even finish a whole bottle and had to switch to something else.
