Even if it gets in your eyes, it doesn't sting, so it's suitable for sensitive skin. You can use it as a makeup remover or as a toner. I also think the price is reasonable.
ConsWhen used as a makeup remover, it seems like you need to wipe multiple times with a lot of product to get everything off cleanly.

I couldn't use cleansing oils or creams, but after searching for products with good ingredients, I found this gem. I've been using it exclusively for over three months now because it's so fantastic. First off, my face doesn't feel tight at all after removing makeup with this! While it doesn't give an intense moisturizing sensation, there's absolutely no tightness, and it doesn't sting even if it gets in my eyes. It's so gentle that I think it would be great for those with super sensitive skin. Also, since I only use light makeup with a medical-grade BB cream, I find the cleansing effectiveness to be more than sufficient.
ConsWell... it's expensive. It's 24,000 won for a 200ml bottle... It lasts a little over a month, maybe 40 to 50 days? Still, I keep using it because I can't find anything better, even though it's pricey.
TipYou really need to soak the cotton pad generously and wipe gently. If you have sensitive skin like me, even a little friction can make your face turn red. So don't be stingy - make sure the pad is very damp when wiping to avoid irritating your skin and causing blemishes... Oh, and even though the packaging changed, I was relieved to find out the ingredients stayed the same. The cap is now mint-colored.

It removes makeup quite effectively too! What I love most is that my skin doesn't feel dry after cleansing.
ConsSince I'm living abroad at the moment, the price here isn't too expensive, so I haven't found any drawbacks yet...
TipI use cotton pads to remove makeup thoroughly, usually doing it twice. On normal days, I just rinse with water afterwards. For heavier makeup, I finish with a gel cleanser and then use toner to balance my skin.
