After trying it out, I found there were many positive aspects. The advantages include... I'm not sure what to write about the drawbacks... - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAug 18, 2017
I stumbled upon this while browsing at Olive Young and decided to give it a try. It turned out to be so great that I've repurchased it. First off, it's gentle and removes makeup effectively. Plus, it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry. The quantity you get for the price isn't particularly generous. I tend to use a fair amount when cleansing, so I go through it quickly. I've resorted to buying larger sizes from overseas to keep up with my usage. Overall, it's a solid product despite the size issue. - hi**********Dry SkinJan 9, 2017
I appreciate that it's gentle and soothing on the skin. I'm not entirely sure what this product is supposed to do. It doesn't seem particularly effective at cleansing. - sh*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSep 3, 2016
I've always used cleansing oils, but after hearing that oil isn't great for oily skin, I recently switched to this cleansing water and I'm really satisfied. The ingredients are gentle and I love the subtle fragrance. I might have been using it too sparingly though - I've had the 200ml bottle for a month and there's still half left! I'm planning to repurchase through international shopping. It's way too expensive in Korea. Now that I know the international price, I can't bring myself to buy it in stores here. When I use the cleansing water in my room and then go to the bathroom for my second cleanse, my skin feels tight. - ko****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 31, 2016
Feels refreshing and effectively removes Estée Lauder cushion foundation. It also does a good job removing eyebrow mascara. However, if I only cleanse with water, it feels a bit incomplete, so I always follow up with a second cleanse. I was told not to use cleansing oil, so I'm using this instead. It's not like it's less effective or anything, but compared to oil cleansers, the application method is a bit more... inconvenient? - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 11, 2016
I've been using sunscreen daily, but the oily ones were such a hassle. While searching for a water-based option, I stumbled upon this gem with great ingredients at a devilishly high price. But let me tell you, it's worth every penny! My skin used to be covered in tiny blemishes, but for some reason, they've significantly diminished since I started using this product. As someone who only applies sunscreen, I find its cleansing effectiveness sufficient for my first cleanse, and I'm absolutely in love with it! The price... it's truly astronomical... Especially considering the small amount you get... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJun 10, 2016
It's very gentle. Even if it gets in your eyes, it doesn't sting, so it's suitable for sensitive skin. You can use it as a makeup remover or as a toner. I also think the price is reasonable. When used as a makeup remover, it seems like you need to wipe multiple times with a lot of product to get everything off cleanly. - ru*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessMay 30, 2016
It's gentle and has great cleansing effectiveness. These two qualities alone are more than satisfying, which is why I've been using it for several years now. The price is too high for the amount you get. Since it's a water-based formula, it runs out quickly, making it feel overpriced for how fast you use it up. Its excellent cleansing power makes it a must-have for travel. You don't need to bring a separate lip and eye makeup remover. This one product can handle your first cleanse, even removing eye makeup. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 18, 2016
I love how gentle and non-irritating it is. It's lightweight and works well as a toner after my morning cleanse. Unfortunately, the volume is quite small and it's a water-based formula, so it runs out too quickly... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 29, 2016
I've tried cleansing waters from various brands, but Vichy's seems to work best for me. It gently removes even eye makeup, and after cleansing, my skin feels fresh without any dryness. I have sensitive, acne-prone skin, and this product didn't cause any blemishes or irritation. The not-so-friendly price and small volume are the downsides...
