Great value for money, generous amount, and gives a subtle brightening effect Doesn't control oil as well, so not recommended for those with oily skin - ya******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 14, 2017
This is my first time trying a powder type and wow, the amount you get is really generous! The price is excellent. I chose it because the color looked interesting, and I'm pleased to find it looks natural and subtle when applied to the face. I carelessly removed the middle seal without thinking, and now controlling the amount that comes out is... challenging every time I open it. While you get a lot of product, the size is too big to carry around conveniently. - Hwahae UserOily SkinOct 13, 2016
It's just okay. Controls oil well, haha. Not much else to say about its good points. The scent is that typical cosmetic smell that gives me a headache. Also, the puff is a bit stiff, making it difficult to apply precisely. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSep 8, 2016
First off, you get a lot of product for the price, and it's a unique lavender-colored powder that's rare in drugstores. The packaging is also pretty. Plus, the powder particles are incredibly fine! I thought the lavender color would brighten my face, but there's no dramatic effect - maybe because I only used a small amount with a brush. It's almost like a transparent powder. It has that distinct 'mom's makeup' scent, which might be hit or miss for some. The texture feels a bit heavier than typical oil-control powders. The worst part is the middle section of the case! At first, the powder didn't come out, so I flipped it and shook it gently. Suddenly, the middle lid separated, and powder spilled everywhere - about a month's worth gone in an instant! Despite that, there's still tons left. I feel like I've focused too much on the negatives, but there are actually many good points too. Here's a tip: for better control, tap a bit of powder into the lid and apply with a brush instead of the included puff - it'll give you a lighter application. If you buy this, make sure to press down on the middle stopper just in case. I still don't understand why that middle lid suddenly came off... - gc****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 14, 2016
I bought this because I heard the purple shade helps cover redness, but I'm not sure about that. It's just a regular powder. It's not too drying and has a moderate powdery finish. It's a decent alternative. The powder doesn't come out of the holes properly. The packaging is inconvenient, making it difficult to use as the product doesn't dispense easily. It contains talc... I didn't check the ingredients before buying, but there seem to be many unfavorable components. If used excessively, it clogs pores and causes blemishes.
