Insane staying power! This monster product I discovered after extensive searching is a game-changer. I recommended it to a friend who always struggled with eyeliner smudging due to her monolids, and it totally saved her! Unlike other famous eyeliners that tend to flake off, this one stays put exactly where you apply it until you decide to remove it. There's absolutely nothing to complain about. The biggest mistake was discontinuing this product - it's such a shame! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedAug 16, 2019
๐SkinFood๐ I'll review the Viva-Waterproof Brush Pen Eyeliner The waterproof feature is so impressive, it's surprising. Even when I went to a water park, it didn't smudge at all and stayed on. The pen tip getting thicker...? It becomes too difficult to apply and the super intense black color might be too much for some people. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJul 21, 2018
It's my first time using it, and it wasn't as bad as I expected. The pigmentation is quite intense! It's just about right? The crumbling is a bit of an issue, but I'll give it a try anyway. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMar 14, 2018
For your information, I have eyes that are very oily and have a lot of moisture. I've tried all the well-known eyeliners that are popular by word-of-mouth. They always smear, smudge, and make a mess, so I'm always dealing with the task of drawing the eyeliner and controlling the oil with blotting papers. I bought this one on a recommendation from someone I know, without much thought, and I've been using it for 3 years now and can't switch to anything else. It's not too thick or too thin, so it's easy to apply, and the color payoff is amazing! It's really great for creating a defined eye look. It also seems to be very resistant to my oily skin. As you use it, the tip of the pen starts to spread out a bit (the black one). The brown one and the shape of the pen are different. It doesn't smear, but it does flake off a bit like powder. When I cry, it disappears... that's a bit of a bummer. The biggest downside is that as you use it, the cap doesn't close well, so it opens up on its own in my makeup bag!! (This might also be an issue with how I'm using it). - sw******Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsRednessDec 20, 2017
Haha, I went to Skinfood and quickly swatched it, and it turned out well, so I bought it. But looking at the product reviews here, I realize I shot myself in the foot. Haha! For now, it's fine, but I'll come back and revise it after using it for a month. Ugh, haha. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinNov 12, 2017
* The color was rich and nice * It was easy to draw with * The price was affordable * It tends to smear and run around the eyes due to excessive moisture and oil * The cap sometimes comes off - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 22, 2017
The black color is incredibly vivid, and the brush is easy to use. I bought this immediately after a very enthusiastic recommendation from a friendly staff member, and it has become a holy grail product for me. Eyeliner is essential for my makeup routine, as I like to draw it on very thickly. In my case, there is absolutely no smudging, and it lasts incredibly well. Everyone around me is using this product now. I tend to get bored of makeup products quickly, so I don't often repurchase once I've finished a product. But with this, I've been using it consistently. That's how little I've noticed any downsides. Some people around me have mentioned that it's difficult to draw thin lines with this. I highly recommend this to those who want to create sharp, defined eyeliner looks. But it may not be the best choice for those who prefer a more natural, soft eyeliner effect. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAtopic SkinSep 16, 2017
Well... it's good overall! But I didn't repurchase it, I switched to Clio instead. I bought the brown one, and it looked natural and pretty! As a student, I just draw it thinly on the outer corner, and when I draw it close to the lash line, it doesn't look obvious and I like it! The brush is also thin, so it draws nicely and thinly. I don't think there was anything particularly disappointing. This was the first time I used a brush pen eyeliner, after using eyebrow pencils or eyeshadows to draw a blurry eyeliner before, and it was easy to use and nice! I'm currently using the Clio one, but the print on the surface got peeled off after I put it in the pouch with other things, so it was a bit messy. But this one doesn't have the problem of the print peeling off, so that's good! Ah, but if you touch or rub your eyes, there is a bit of powder fallout... Just like other reviews, it does wear down quite quickly... but it's not that everything is worn down. I just trimmed the very end of the brush a little bit, and it worked well again! - dl*****Combination SkinAug 10, 2017
There were no bad points, so why write 20 characters? At that price range, I might as well have bought an Innisfree product. It's not even that incredibly cheap. The natural color payoff is not good. It feels like drawing on top of a marker, clumping up when applied. It takes a long time to dry. There are only 2 color options, and the brush doesn't hold its shape well. . - Hwahae UserOily SkinMay 27, 2017
It doesn't seem to be smudging, but the color is still nice and deep! It doesn't seem to be waterproof ๐ข It wipes off easily when rubbed.
