The color payoff is great and the shades look natural. My previous one had a fragile cap that kept breaking off, but this one seems to have a sturdier case. It's also affordable, so I definitely recommend it. I didn't find any particular drawbacks. It's a decent product. I usually prefer formulas like Aritaum's matte formula that don't smudge and can be applied without leaving an oily residue. Since such products are hard to find, I tried this one while looking for affordable options. It has a consistency between soft and firm. The color payoff is definitely good, and if you apply it with a light hand, it creates a look that's both defined and natural. It's a solid choice for its price point. Due to its slightly soft formula, it can clump a bit. When I occasionally use it as an eyeliner, there's some smudging. This is absolutely fantastic! I've been using it for nearly 6 years now. It's so easy to apply, the amount you get is great, and the color is beautiful. The only downside is that the cap is a bit loose, so it occasionally goes missing. This eyebrow pencil matches well with natural hair color and is great for light, easy application. It seems to clump a bit, but overall it's still decent for drawing brows. I find it works well when I mix it slightly with mocha brown.
