ConsThe cleansing effectiveness is not great. It's only suitable when you've applied sunscreen and BB cream. For heavy makeup, it's not really up to the task

I actually prefer the version before it was renewed, haha! I love that it's mildly acidic. Other cleansers give me blemishes, but this one works well for me. It's gentle and cleanses effectively. I recommend stocking up when it's on sale before you run out!
ConsNo complaints here! While it might not suit everyone, it works great for me.

Before trying this cleansing oil, I used another one just once, but it was too watery and difficult to use. This one isn't as runny, which I love. It's great at dissolving blackheads and whiteheads. When I massage it in a bit more on my bumpy areas, my nose becomes super smooth, which feels amazing. I also appreciate that it's slightly acidic. Even though I have very oily skin, I'm using it without any blemishes.
ConsIt's a bit pricey for the amount you get, and I go through it pretty quickly.

Usually, acne-prone skin tends to be alkaline. Healthy skin is said to be slightly acidic, which might explain why my small blemishes have significantly reduced. Even though I have oily skin, it surprisingly works well with this oil.
ConsThere's nothing particularly bad! It might feel a bit rich, and the price is... well, as a student, I find it a bit expensive.
TipIt's recommended to pump the oil 2-3 times onto your face, massage it for about a minute, then dampen your hands with water and do a rolling motion. Since I started doing this, my skin has become softer and my small blemishes have noticeably calmed down.

I started using it because it's made with mild, plant-based surfactants, and I've been using it for over two years now! My skin is super sensitive, but this doesn't sting my eyes, leaves no tightness after cleansing, and gently removes makeup. I stock up on four or five bottles whenever there's a 50% off sale or buy-one-get-one-free deal!
ConsIt doesn't completely remove waterproof mascara though. I use a separate remover for that.

When I massage it in, it really helps draw out sebum. Even though I usually avoid oils due to my oily skin, I keep using this one. It might be great for those who prefer light makeup.
ConsThe scent... it seems to attract fruit flies. When I pump it out to use in summer, there's always at least one fly that appears. Also, when I'm massaging it in for cleansing, it quickly becomes tacky. So I have to add a bit more water and keep massaging.

It doesn't feel oily at all - more like the Orbis cleanser. It has a slightly thicker consistency. Overall, I really like it!
ConsIt dries up quickly, which is a bit disappointing. I'm not sure if it's absorbing or what, but it becomes dry so fast that I can't massage my face for long with just the product alone.
TipI use three pumps, rub it evenly between both hands, then apply it all over my face. I massage it in, and when it starts to feel dry, I slightly dampen my hands with water and continue massaging. Repeating this process a few times really removes makeup thoroughly. It's amazing!

The ingredients are also pretty good, which I appreciate. It's really versatile and removes makeup effectively. That's why I've been using this product for 4 years now.
ConsI haven't seen any dramatic effects (like, say, completely eliminating sebum) and its overall mediocrity is a bit disappointing.
TipThis might be a bit thin for some, so try mixing it with a little honey for a more hydrating makeup removal experience.

I've probably gone through 3 or 4 bottles. It's gentle and lightweight with a mildly acidic base similar to skin pH, yet it removes makeup effectively! It doesn't have that typical slippery after-feel of cleansing oils. Unlike other cleansing oils, you don't need to separately wet your face and emulsify after massaging - so convenient! While other cleansing oils sometimes gave me blemishes, this one never does!
ConsThe description claims it leaves skin moisturized after cleansing, but it doesn't feel that hydrating...? Not that I expect much hydration from cleansing products anyway, so it's not a big deal...

That's probably why there's less skin tightness after washing! It's not too runny either - more of a gel-like consistency, which nicely addresses the dripping issue common with liquid cleansing oils. This makes it really convenient to use. Best of all, being a drugstore product means you can always grab it at an affordable price without breaking the bank. There are lots of comments about its cleansing power - personally, I use a separate remover for color cosmetics anyway. For my skin, it removes even layers of cushion foundation thoroughly. While it might not suit those looking for that 'squeaky clean' feeling, I don't think harsh cleansing does your skin any favors.
ConsThe ingredients... PEG is listed as the second ingredient. It's hard to tell if the cleansing action comes from the oil or the PEG. I loved how it didn't leave my skin feeling tight after cleansing, but if I had to point out a downside, it would be the ingredients list.
TipUsing the foam cleanser from the same line together leaves your skin feeling so comfortable after cleansing, with no tightness at all. It's really great! Stock up on both the oil and foam when they're on sale!
