It's hard to find a low pH cleansing oil, but this one really impresses me The cleansing effectiveness is not great. It's only suitable when you've applied sunscreen and BB cream. For heavy makeup, it's not really up to the task - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinMar 5, 2017
The makeup doesn't feel heavy and isn't excessively oily. While cleansing waters can be harsh and irritating, this one is just perfect. I still have some stocked up, but it's being discontinued. Looks like I'll have to set out to find a new cleanser again. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinNov 28, 2016
I bought it because everyone said it was great, and I felt excited until I actually tried it It caused an incredible amount of blemishes. I've never had my face break out so badly in my life. After everything cleared up, I thought I'd give it another chance, but my skin flared up again. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSep 19, 2016
I like it. There's a slight tingling sensation in my eyes, but it quickly dissipates when I rinse with water, so it's not a big deal. It stings my eyes a bit, which is unfortunate. However, the sensation goes away quickly after rinsing with water a few times. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSep 17, 2016
I absolutely adore this product! Is it true that it's been renewed and changed to 'Balancing'? I've been using it for years and went to repurchase, but couldn't find it anywhere. I wonder why they discontinued it. They say it's been renewed and relaunched, but it feels different... It's such a shame they're no longer selling the original version. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSep 15, 2016
It removes makeup cleanly and thoroughly. It feels like it really melts away color cosmetics! It stings if it gets in your eyes, so I have to use cleansing wipes to remove eye makeup first, which is a bit inconvenient. Make sure to remove eye makeup before using this product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJul 23, 2016
When I visited my friend's place, I loved this product so much that I decided to buy it. Unlike the watery oils I've used before, this one has a gel-like texture. It seems to remove makeup more effectively than others, and I haven't experienced any blemishes. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. However, I did prefer the formula before it was renewed. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJul 18, 2016
It even removes eye makeup effectively... wow! I never had any sebum before. I could use any cleanser without issues. But now? My skin is suddenly producing so much oil. It's like my face turned into an oil field, haha! Don't buy it... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJul 17, 2016
I started using this after the Laneige Oil-Free Cleansing Liquid became too expensive for me. People said this was a similar but cheaper option. It's not bad, I'd say. I massage it in thoroughly, rinse with water, and then follow up with a cleansing bar for a double cleanse. The cleansing effectiveness isn't particularly outstanding, so using it on its own might be a bit... challenging. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJul 4, 2016
I've been repurchasing this product for over two years now. I actually prefer the version before it was renewed, haha! I love that it's mildly acidic. Other cleansers give me blemishes, but this one works well for me. It's gentle and cleanses effectively. I recommend stocking up when it's on sale before you run out! No complaints here! While it might not suit everyone, it works great for me.
