I ended up buying it at a high price, but my skin just kept getting worse. I started developing painful, hard acne lesions that kept spreading. The amount of product was also way too much - I used it all up but there was still a lot left over, so I ended up just throwing the rest away. When I used this, my skin became extremely dry and dehydrated. No other products could seem to fix the dryness. But this Kiehl's cream was actually too moisturizing and oily for my skin. So I think this would be good for people with very dry, dehydrated skin, but not for me with oily, acne-prone skin. ConsI'm not sure why the ingredients are like that, but it has parabens and a lot of different oils like almond, olive, and squalane, which aren't exactly lightweight. The product may have been reformulated, but even the new version seems to have good reviews from what I've seen.
