    Pros

My hooded eyes used to be a nightmare, with my eyeliner constantly smudging and causing chaos. But this has brought a revolution to my eye makeup!! Never smudges!! For those with hooded eyes, an eye primer is an absolute must-have!!!

    Cons

It does prevent smudging, but there is still some creasing :( Plus, I've been using it for a really long time, but I'm not sure if I've used it up or not lol. I'm still debating whether to buy the VDL one...

    Tip

It's commonly said to use a no-sebum powder on top of the eye primer, but that makes it look like I have flaky skin and turns it white ㅠㅠ If you apply the no-sebum powder first and then use the eye primer, the brush just picks up all the powder and the flaky skin effect is the same lol It's better to just use one of the two If I had to choose between the two, the eye primer is definitely the winner! But I don't plan on repurchasing the Tony Moly one lol
