As someone with hooded eyelids, my eyeliner used to smudge like crazy, but this product revolutionized my eye makeup! It never smudges! If you have hooded eyes, an eye primer is an absolute must-have! While it prevents smudging, it doesn't completely eliminate creasing. Plus, I've been using it for ages, and I can't tell if it's empty or not. I'm debating whether to try VDL instead... People often suggest using eye primer and then applying no-sebum powder, but that makes my eyelids look chalky, like they're covered in dead skin cells. If I apply no-sebum powder first and then eye primer, the brush picks up all the powder, and I still get the same flaky effect. It's probably best to use just one or the other. If I had to choose, I'd definitely go for the eye primer! However, I don't plan on repurchasing the Tonymoly one. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 9, 2015
The effect is pretty good! It doesn't smudge at all, haha! I'm too lazy to apply eye primer one by one, so I don't use it - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJan 8, 2015
I have monolids! Thick eyeliner used to be a headache because it would smudge underneath. This Tony Moly eye primer works pretty well for me. I'm currently on my 4th or 5th tube! I haven't found a reason to switch to anything else, haha! There wasn't anything disappointing for me! I just wish the volume was a bit larger! - ev*******Combination SkinAug 25, 2014
My eye makeup tends to smear easily, but using this product definitely made my eye makeup less prone to smudging. After using this, my eye mucosa became quite itchy, and the next day I had an allergic reaction under my eyes. It seems this product did not agree with my skin.
