It felt refreshingly cool on my scalp and helped alleviate itchiness. The staff member who recommended it said it could eliminate dead skin cells and dryness on the scalp, but unfortunately, the effects were only temporary and the issues returned, which was disappointing. - sk*******Normal SkinJun 11, 2015

I sought this out because my scalp was often itchy. It's definitely more effective than the cheap domestic products sold in supermarkets. The amount seems a bit small for the price. But that's usually the case with Kiehl's products....

I'm using a different shampoo now, but still no dandruff in sight! It makes your hair quite stiff, so using conditioner is an absolute must.
