Increases hydration and effectively removes dead skin cells. The tube packaging allows for hygienic use and makes application convenient. Mary Kay's ingredients are not impressive. Unfortunately, it's been discontinued and can no longer be purchased. Apply lip balm frequently throughout the day and always before bed. If your lips are extremely dry, use a small amount of a gentle, high-quality hydrating ampoule before applying the lip balm for extra moisture. - cw******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsMar 25, 2018
I really liked this product! It immediately removed dead skin cells, absorbed well, and kept my lips moisturized. It felt like it combined all the best features of a lip balm. However, I'm surprised to learn about the number of harmful ingredients. While it works well, I won't be purchasing it again. Also, when I did buy it before, I received a defective product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 27, 2018
It's rich and thick, but has great staying power. The fragrance is lovely. I used it diligently because people said it was good, and even my husband applied it enthusiastically. But I'm not sure if it's effectively managing dead skin cells, and I'm disappointed by the ingredients. I had no idea it contained so many parabens. Oh no! I can't give it to anyone, so what am I supposed to do with it? - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinDec 25, 2017
It's not heavy and slippery like Vaseline, nor is it so light that it feels like you haven't applied anything. I love that it's just the right weight and has a perfect balance of richness! Personally, I'm not a fan of the characteristic heaviness of lip balms, so this feels a bit weighty to me. - as******Dry SkinSensitive SkinNov 2, 2017
This lip balm instantly gives a moisturizing sensation, making it a product I find myself applying frequently I was shocked when I looked at the ingredients. Considering we unintentionally ingest what we put on our lips, I'm surprised they didn't use better ingredients... - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJul 2, 2016
Super moisturizing, applies smoothly, instantly revitalizes chapped lips. It was my go-to winter essential However, I absolutely won't buy it again. The ingredients are really not good - be**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 13, 2016
It's nicely moisturizing and pretty good, but the staying power could be a bit better... I heard the ingredients were supposed to improve lip color, but that doesn't seem to be the case - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 8, 2016
I just apply it when my lips are chapped and it calms them down. My mom loves Mary Kay, so we've been using it for years. However... Oh no! I had no idea the ingredients were like this. My mom kept saying it was good and bought it for me, but we've been deceived... Nope - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinJan 3, 2016
It absorbs well and provides plenty of hydration. I love the dewy finish, and the tube packaging is great too! The staying power isn't great, and it's quite pricey. The ingredients aren't the best, so I probably won't repurchase. - ch*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityDec 22, 2015
Received this as a gift with another purchase. The excitement of opening it for the first time was something else! Despite all the hype, it's nothing special. It doesn't even help with dead skin cells. My skin has been so dry lately, causing constant flaking. I've been applying it frequently for days, but now it's just sitting unused. If I had paid full price for this, I would have been devastated. To top it off, the ingredients list is shocking. If you're curious because of the buzz, I'd suggest trying something else instead.
