The fragrance is truly delightful. The subtle scent that wafts through the air made washing my hair an enjoyable experience. I'm quite taken aback by the unexpected appearance of blemishes, more than I anticipated. At first, I thought it might be due to not drying my hair properly, but after thorough investigation, it seems this shampoo is the culprit. 1. Fragrance This shampoo is quite famous online for its scent, right? As a shampoo known for its fragrance, it truly delivers. When you wash your hair, a sweet aroma fills the entire bathroom. The scent lingers nicely and stays in your hair for quite a while. It's especially potent and long-lasting when used with the matching conditioner (less so with just the shampoo). To give you an idea, when I was using this product set regularly, my male friends would ask if I was wearing perfume. When I'd say it was just my shampoo, they'd be amazed at how strong the scent was. My boyfriend could smell it from afar, saying he could detect 'my scent' (the shampoo fragrance) from a considerable distance. As for longevity, even if I washed my hair in the morning, went out, came home, slept without washing, and didn't wash it the next day, the scent would still be there. 1. Ingredients I'm pretty sure this was marketed online as having good ingredients, but they're actually not that great... Yeah... 2. Broom-like hair This is crucial. When you use this product, your hair becomes stiff. It turns into a broom. So you have to slather on conditioner. I mean really slather it on, squeezing out the conditioner at least three times and coating your hair thoroughly. Only when you use a ton of conditioner does it get a bit better. And guess what? That's why the fragrance is so strong and long-lasting! I think the reason the scent was so intense was because I was using so much conditioner... Ha! No wonder the scent could be smelled from far away and lasted until the next day... 3. Dandruff Washing your hair with this causes dandruff. I didn't realize at the time why I kept getting dandruff... But after using this, the next day would be a dandruff explosion. 4. Itchiness My scalp gets itchy... Really itchy. So when I scratch it... dandruff appears. I'm not sure if it's the ingredients or what, but especially the day after washing with this, my scalp is incredibly itchy. So I scratch... and get a dandruff explosion... Then I think, 'Oh, I have dandruff? Better wash my hair.' And the next day, more dandruff... It's an endless cycle... And I didn't even realize the shampoo was the cause. If you absolutely can't give up this fragrance and feel you must have it, just buy the conditioner and use a small amount only on the ends of your hair. - ol*******Combination SkinMar 9, 2019
To be honest, having long hair makes washing it quite a chore, but this shampoo's fragrance is so perfectly my style that I felt great throughout the entire washing and drying process! However, the scent is its only redeeming quality. My hair, which usually looks fine even when washed every other day, became greasy in less than half a day, leading people to ask if I hadn't washed it today. I even developed blemishes on my scalp. I have no intention of repurchasing.

The pleasant scent while shampooing and the perfect amount of lather make washing my hair enjoyable. Even when I'm feeling lazy about showering, this shampoo helps me wash up with a positive attitude. I bought this because it was said to have a long-lasting fragrance, but I'm not sure if there's any lingering scent after rinsing. Since I've only used the shampoo, I can't say how it might perform when used together with the treatment. - my******Combination SkinSep 3, 2018
I loved the pleasant scent and how it lathers up with rich, abundant foam I thought the ingredients were good, but they're not that great. It even causes some blemishes

After using this and following up with Lush's American Cream, the aroma that surrounds me instantly lifts my mood. I thought the ingredients would be great, so I used quite a few bottles, but after checking the ingredient list, I felt somewhat deceived. While I didn't experience any blemishes or itching, I didn't notice my hair feeling particularly stronger or more voluminous after washing, which was disappointing. The fragrance was lovely, and the overall feel was nice. Plus, I've noticed they've been having a lot of sales lately, which is great for the price. Unfortunately, the ingredients don't live up to the name. It's disappointing to see it labeled as organic when it doesn't seem to be.
