It cleanses gently without any discomfort around the skin or eyes. Even waterproof mascara can be thoroughly removed by applying it generously with a cotton pad. Particularly, although it is water-based, it does not leave a dry finish but instead maintains a moisturized, hydrated feel. Since using this product, my skin troubles have completely disappeared. I was really, really sensitive! sensitive! skin, but my skin was turning upside down, so I decided to switch to mild cleansing products! I tried this Hwahae product, and it's really, really great. What I liked the most was that when I gently wiped the trouble spots with a cotton pad, the improvement was immediate, and it's mild and not at all greasy, which I really liked. Just a quick rinse with water, and my skin is left moisturized, not at all tight, and I love it.
Cons
There are a few minor downsides. It would be even better if it came in a bubble format. The waterproof feature seems a bit difficult to remove.

Mascara aside, it has excellent cleansing power and is satisfactory even as a secondary cleansing step after washing. The skin is soothed, and if you have acne-prone skin, using the Bioderma cleansing water alone can quickly calm down any troubles. It is very good to keep it refrigerated and use it.
Cons
This alone causes skin tightness. You must immediately move on to the next step.

I've heard the brand is famous, but I found it troublesome to use cotton pads to remove makeup, so I only used cleansing balm. After trying this product, I've been using it exclusively! I bought this in bulk and it pours out easily. Even when I quickly applied and removed mascara, it cleaned it off very well. This has been my go-to product for 3 years now.
