Pros
It was really easy to use and gentle on the eyes. I think it might be the mildest cleanser out there.
Cons
There's not much to complain about, but since it's a water-based formula, sometimes it's hard to tell if it's actually cleansing. That's how gentle it is.
Tip
I love that you can pump out a generous amount, leave it on your eyes for a few seconds, and then wipe it off for a thorough cleanse.

Pros
For sensitive combination dehydrated skin prone to blemishes: I always use this cleansing water when I've only applied light sunscreen or BB cream, or for my morning cleanse. I've never strayed from Bioderma cleansing water, have used it exclusively from the start, and plan to continue doing so. It cleanses effectively without irritating the eyes, and true to its water-like nature, it feels great on the skin. When I'm too lazy for a deep cleanse, gently cleansing with this water about 3 times gives me a sensation similar to having done a thorough cleanse. After using cleansing milk or following up with oil or balm cleansers, I always finish with this water.
Cons
None. Asking for a lower price on a product this good would just be greedy of me...
Tip
It's great to use in a foaming dispenser.

Pros
1. Gentle - I usually use a lip and eye remover first, then follow up with this product. It's so gentle that I can use it around my eyes without any tingling sensation. Other products would make my eyes red and irritated, but this one is incredibly mild. 2. Excellent cleansing effectiveness - Even though I tend to apply thick makeup due to my blemishes, this product removes it all thoroughly. The cleansing power is impressive. 3. Pros
The top-tier micellar water in the cleansing world. On days with light makeup, if you choose the right cotton pad and use it with this, you only need to follow up with a foam cleanser for your second cleanse. It's one of those products I stock up on during Olive Young sales to use for a long time. No eye irritation or anything like that.
Cons
There's nothing particularly bad about it. If I had to nitpick, the cap is a bit too flimsy.

I've been using this for years after seeing it on Lee Se-young's YouTube channel. Wow, even though I have super sensitive skin, there's absolutely no irritation. Even if it gets in my eyes, there's no stinging at all. I could practically take an eye exam with my eyes wide open!

As someone who's been using this product since before it hit Olive Young shelves, I can confidently say it's the #1 cleansing water I've tried for gentle yet effective cleansing without irritation. It feels just like water. Despite having sensitive, easily irritated eyes, I've never experienced any discomfort with this product.

I used this frequently when wearing heavy makeup, and it never irritated my eyes or caused any stinging. Even when I accidentally tasted it while removing lipstick, I didn't notice much bitterness.
