The excess powder is minimal and the adherence is quite good! I ordered both 'Serene' and 'Dawn' because I loved the colors on the product page When I actually used them, the application wasn't great and they didn't control the oiliness around my eyes. I never had this issue with other eyeshadows, but after using these, I developed something like a stye. This is truly a versatile eyeshadow. I use it for my eyelid base, eyeliner, and contouring. The quantity is generous, so it should last a long time. It's perfect for creating depth and dimension. This eyeshadow seems to truly embody the concept of 'basic' There's nothing particularly wrong with it, but if I had to point out one drawback, it might be that the shades are a bit challenging for everyday wear
