Was surprised by the golden foil mask, but once applied, it felt luxurious and like a professional treatment. The split upper and lower face design made application easy. The essence is thinner than a clear gel, and felt extremely cool, providing a soothing effect. Absorption was a bit slow, but there was plenty of product to use on calves and elbows too. Though discontinued in stores, it seems available online. 99% likely to repurchase! Reason for 3 stars: The downside was the slow absorption and, perhaps due to hot weather, an unexpectedly sticky finish that caught me off guard. While it felt fine during and right after use, the lingering stickiness was puzzling. However, a quick rinse with water left my skin feeling moisturized yet fresh, not dry. It would be perfect if not for the stickiness. A must-share tip: If you feel sticky after use, try a gentle water rinse. This leaves skin feeling hydrated and fresh. The fragrance is lovely and the moisturizing effect is excellent. My skin feels hydrated for a long time after application. There's not much to complain about, but I wish there was a bit more essence in the product.
