First off, this BB cream is definitely less irritating than others. My skin is super sensitive, but with Alex, it holds up better. Depending on my skin condition, when I can't even apply other products, I'm still able to use Alex BB. It's surprising how non-irritating it is, given its ingredients. It also naturally covers pores. As always, the color range of Alex BB is disappointing. Apart from that, it's great for a natural skin look and as a low-irritation BB cream. Make sure your skincare is fully absorbed, otherwise it'll pill when applied. It's good to apply with your hands first, then pat any streaks with a sponge. - ss*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 3, 2021
Absorbs naturally and maintains its finish well over time without breaking down The coverage is somewhat light, and it may appear a bit dark for those with fair skin - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedMay 20, 2020
I've been using this for years. After trying this, I can't use any other BB creams. While some say you can sleep with it on, that's a bit much for me. It's great for achieving a natural, bare-faced look. It feels a bit stiff when applying, and it's frustrating that a lot of product comes off when I apply powder over it. - kd********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 12, 2020
Despite seemingly questionable ingredients, it suits my skin well. The BB cream shade is a bit dark, but it covers naturally when applied. The coverage is quite good too. There's no pilling or caking. Even with prolonged wear, it rarely causes blemishes. It feels slightly drying deep down. After 8+ hours, there's a bit of darkening and oiliness. The scent is somewhat strong. The price is on the higher side. After cleansing, apply a generous amount of ampoule, then a pea-sized amount of emulsion before the BB cream for best results. Be careful though, using too much cream or emulsion under the BB cream can cause it to break down easily. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 17, 2020
As a regenerative BB cream, it may not have the strongest coverage, but it's gentle on sensitive skin and less likely to cause allergic reactions. The high price point is definitely a drawback. However, it seems to be a worthwhile investment for the health of your skin. I found that applying this as a base and then following up with concealer really enhances the coverage. - ak*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresOct 6, 2019
Unlike some foundations or BB creams that can cause blemishes if applied incorrectly, this one doesn't leave any bumps or irritation. It's wonderfully hydrating. The oiliness? The price? The shade range? The ingredients? I don't plan on repurchasing. If you have oily skin, you might be able to use this with just a water-based toner. It would be great to use during the winter months. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedAug 23, 2019
It seems great because there's no irritation. I'm 100% going to repurchase! The price is a bit high, which is somewhat disappointing. But since it's good, I'll keep using it. - jo*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 22, 2019
I've been using this product for over 10 years with my extremely dry and super sensitive skin. It's wonderfully hydrating and absorbs well without making my makeup look cakey. The shade is a bit dark, and it has weak coverage and staying power. To address the darker shade, coverage, and staying power issues, I apply a hydrating foundation only where needed on top of this product! - yu*******Dry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 12, 2019
Not bad, just okay. Absorbs well and doesn't leave a cakey finish. I wonder if it's really a regenerating BB cream. The ingredients... I'm skeptical about its actual regenerative effects. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMay 16, 2019
I have atopic dermatitis under my chin, which appears as a red ring, and sometimes even small pimples pop up. When I touched it, it left dark scars. A friend recommended this product, and although it doesn't have high coverage, after an hour or two, it gives a natural glow and makes my skin look hydrated. What's more, it's said to have regenerative properties, so I trust it more than other cosmetics. The absorption feels a bit thick, but I'm satisfied that it doesn't make my skin look oily. When mixed with cica cream and applied to scars, it quickly soothes the skin and prevents tightness.
