Skin type: Dry / Not prone to blemishes Undertone: Summer cool-toned light / Prefers pink shades Makeup style: Light and transparent, aiming for a natural look - It looks so pretty when applied above the eyelids! The shimmer particles are neither too small nor too large, making it versatile and easy to use. - The base color is slightly deeper, so you can achieve a made-up look by applying just this alone without needing a separate base shadow. - Since the base color is a bit dark, applying it to the aegyo sal (under-eye puff) can make you look suddenly tired.. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 28, 2021
The application, pigmentation, and powder fallout are all decent and satisfactory. The color is similar to what other brands usually sell as 'sweet potato latte', but with a touch more white and very fine white pearl particles mixed in. When you blend it with your fingers and apply it smoothly, it creates a mesmerizing pastel sheen with a mix of pink and purple that spreads beautifully. As someone with a deep undertone and light complexion, this product really doesn't suit me... But that's just because it doesn't match my skin tone. I think it would look gorgeous on cool-toned individuals who suit pink shades! The quality definitely matches the price point, so I'd recommend it to those with cool undertones! - pk*******Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDec 2, 2020
21-22 Winter Cool Tone Bright 1. Color Muted light purple Base color is so light it's barely visible Pearl is silver + purple Swatches lightly on the wrist, but on the eyelids it's a pure pearl shadow! Much lighter than I expected Like mixing Sprite and grape Fanta 9:1 Shifts from purple to brown depending on the angle!! Recommended for those with muted rather than light undertones ♡ 2. Glow A dry glow (not heavy) Aritaum pearls seem to have either a dry or glamorous glow This one has a dry glow! Subtle yet atmospheric A refined glow that would pair well with a muted light purple hanbok! 3. Particles Very fine pearl particles, almost like shimmer Tiny silver pearls + silver & purple pearls that are nearly shimmer-like! Despite the variation in particle size The basic pearl particles are so small, it's not flashy 4. Excess There's a tiny bit! You can see it if you look very closely But it's not noticeable unless you're really scrutinizing 1. Ambiguous It's pearl, but not quite pearl-like... this ambiguous texture... I recommend testing it out! Since I bought it online, it fell far short of my expectations... The texture seems like it could be hit or miss, so I strongly advise testing it!! The product looks very similar to the photos! - ha********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 23, 2020
While I don't use it often, it's beautiful when applied to the aegyo sal for a purple-toned shadow makeup look! As it's a purple-toned shimmery eyeshadow, I don't use it frequently since I have a warm complexion - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 23, 2020
As someone with cool undertones, this looks absolutely gorgeous when applied to the aegyo sal (under-eye area). When I put it on my eyelids, it gives a slight cyber-chic vibe, but it's perfect for enhancing the aegyo sal! For those with oily skin, be warned: in this kind of weather, it might completely disappear after a few hours. Make sure to apply a primer before using this product! - Hwahae UserOily SkinRecommendedAug 21, 2020
This is honestly my holy grail product. It might not look that special on the outside, but when you apply it, it's truly beautiful. The name 'pearl' suits it perfectly. It's genuinely gorgeous. Please don't discontinue it! The color payoff is a bit light, so you end up using more product and going through it faster. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedAug 20, 2020
1. High-quality ingredients 2. More sparkly than glittery 3. Multiple applications build up a subtle lavender sheen 4. Affordable 5. Minimal glitter fallout 1. Very similar to Glitter Concert and Still Heat products 2. Inconvenient packaging Applying it to the inner corners of your eyes creates a beautifully subtle effect! I haven't tried it, but I bet it would look stunning as a highlighter - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedDec 30, 2019
Monoeyes' Urban Glow is a cool-toned shade with a purple undertone. It has a transparent, refreshing feel with a pink-purple base and subtle white pearls. The pearl particles are incredibly fine, creating a delicate but beautiful effect when applied - perfect for adding a subtle highlight. The color isn't heavy at all, instead giving a fresh, cool vibe that's ideal for summer cool tones. I snagged it for 2,500 won during a 50% off sale. Initially, I was aiming for the Glow Concert pearl shadow line, but it wasn't on sale. Despite my initial disappointment, I'm thrilled with this purchase. The color is refreshing yet has a touch of sophistication. For a drugstore brand, it applies smoothly with fine, soft particles. It's a slightly light purple, almost transparent purple feel. The pearls are densely packed but fine and subtle. No complaints! I'll update if I notice any drawbacks while using it. It's perfect for the aegyo-sal (under-eye area). Initially, I was set on getting Glitter Concert for my aegyo-sal and was disappointed thinking this pink-purple base wouldn't suit. Surprisingly, it works wonderfully there. It could also work well as a sparkling point on the eyelids. If you're into the 'silver fish' aegyo-sal look, give this a try. I used to stick to white pearls, highlighter, or concealer for my aegyo-sal, but this shade impressed me. I have minimal aegyo-sal, which is why other pearls didn't suit me before. So, cool-toned folks might want to experiment with this. Test it out if you're unsure! The actual shade is cooler and more purple than in the photos and swatches, giving a refreshing feel. In the swatch photo, the right side is one application, the left is three. It becomes subtly warmer with more layers. Its transparent quality makes it great for those wanting to try purple eyeshadow. It's beautifully subtle. - ha**********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 11, 2019
This is my third time repurchasing this product! To be honest, most of the other eyeshadows I use have pretty common colors, and they don't really have that unique charm or personality that makes me think 'I absolutely need to use this one!' So I usually just buy similar colors that catch my eye when I run out. But with this one, I simply can't do that! I used to love liquid glitters, but after trying this, I threw all the others away! First off, it's like they took my favorite color and glitter particles and mixed them together perfectly. At first glance, you might think it's some futuristic makeup for a music video, but when you apply it, it gives just the right amount of sparkle without being too over-the-top bling-bling. It creates this lovely, everyday vibe effortlessly. It has white pearl particles with a visible base color. The base color is truly beautiful - it's like a dreamy, subtle shade of milk tea with a drop of lilac. It pairs wonderfully with pink shadows, looks great with brown, and I think it would complement any cool-toned look. I initially bought it thinking I'd only use it on my eyelids because the pearl particles are so fine, but it works amazingly on the aegyo-sal too. It gives an overall polished look that's glamorous yet not overwhelming - you know what I mean? Personally, I've never liked gold or opal pearls because they don't blend well and can look dark in certain lights, but this one is completely different. You really have to try it to understand! And the application feel is so smooth and lovely. Unlike liquid shadows that dry quickly and require careful application, you could almost apply this with your eyes closed and it would still look beautiful. Well, the only downside is that it's such a niche product, I'm always worried it might be discontinued. It's so under the radar that last time I went to Aritaum, the store employee said they'd never heard of this color and thought it might already be discontinued. I nearly cried on my way home. It absolutely can't be discontinued! I was so heartbroken when Mono Eyes Gardenia was discontinued (though it did come back eventually). Also, if you're not a fan of chunky glitter, you might not like this. - le**********Dry SkinRecommendedJul 1, 2018
I haven't used it on my eyes yet, but the color is absolutely stunning. It's definitely a shade worth adding to your collection. The color applies lighter than expected. It doesn't have a strong purple tint, just a subtle shimmer.
