It applies thinly and beautifully, just like my own skin. It's wonderfully hydrating. No blemishes, and the color is lovely. It's so hydrating and beautifully melts into the skin, making me want to repurchase it again and again. Using a damp beauty sponge really enhances the application. The steep price tag is a bit of a letdown. You're better off finding your perfect shade match at a department store.

Since I don't wear makeup often, I've been using this for about 2 years. It absorbs well, doesn't break down much, and maintains a nice glow on the skin. It feels a bit dry now that winter's here. I'm considering switching to something else, but I've been using this for so long. I'm torn between trying Armani's new Glow product or switching to a different brand. The skin finish is absolutely beautiful and it applies so thinly. I'm completely satisfied with everything about it. Be careful with potential allergens... When I used this, my eyes kept stinging and getting bloodshot. After looking into it, I found out I wasn't the only one. It spreads thinly and evenly, so applying two or three layers provides decent coverage and makes your skin look great. People with already good skin will likely achieve an amazing complexion with this. It doesn't completely cover blemish marks. Foundation can be seen settling into pores. Slight breakouts occurred. It would be better to apply after a thorough hydrating skincare routine. When you first apply it, it glides on like a peeled egg! It's perfect for those with good skin who want a more natural look rather than heavy coverage. Since I also value longevity, I mix it with Double Wear foundation. Using it this way seems to perfectly balance out the pros and cons of both foundations! It's really light, unfortunately. My skin usually matches perfectly with shade 21, but the sales assistant said that Lasting Silk shade 2 was equivalent to 21. However, it turned out to be a bit lighter. While it does make your skin look beautiful right after application, I find myself not reaching for it on days when I'm out all day due to its somewhat disappointing staying power. It's moisturizing and long-lasting. Compared to other brands, it offers better coverage. It makes all makeup look too warm. I don't usually touch up my makeup often, but this doesn't break down messily. Instead, it blends with my natural oils, creating a glow that actually makes my skin look better. The ingredients don't seem to be the best. When I use this product, I often get small bumps or blemishes.
