I think the price point offers the best value. The capsule form is great for storage and safety. I didn't really feel much of an effect, and I ultimately stopped taking it before seeing any results. The crucial issue was that even when taken with plenty of water, the pills would stick to my throat and were hard to swallow. My aunt recommended this supplement, saying it was great. But honestly, I couldn't figure out what was supposed to be good about it. While taking it, I experienced such severe ear pain that I had to visit an ENT specialist. After that, I just couldn't bring myself to take it anymore. To be frank, I'm not sure about its effectiveness. It makes me question whether it's really necessary to take it at all.

I gave this as a gift to my parents and they absolutely loved it. However, I can't really pinpoint any specific advantages myself. To be honest, I can't really tell if it has any effect. It's disappointing. I regret buying this because it doesn't work at all.
