The cleansing effectiveness is great! I loved the herbal scent. It was recommended to me as a gentle shampoo, and it truly is mild while still cleaning thoroughly! It's on the pricier side, and if you buy the 1000ml bottle, you'll need to purchase the pump separately. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 3, 2023
It's incredibly gentle and has a pleasantly soothing scent. It's even suitable for babies! As for downsides... hmm, I can't really think of any. If I had to mention something, maybe the price? - b3******Oily SkinAcne SkinMay 30, 2022
The scent is refreshing and pleasant. It lathers up nicely and leaves you feeling clean and invigorated. I've been using this product for a long time, but I've noticed a lot of dead skin cells building up on my scalp. I'm not sure if it's due to my scalp condition, but when I searched on Hwahae about this issue, I found out that it contains quite a few harmful ingredients. That's disappointing. - yo********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMar 20, 2022
I have seborrheic, sensitive, and dry scalp. I've been dealing with scalp itchiness and damaged hair, so I decided to try Aveda products. After using it for about a week, I'm happy to report that my hair doesn't get matted as easily as before, and the itchiness has significantly improved! (I'm so excited I could shout!) The reduction in itchiness alone makes me want to repurchase. The shampoo lathers well and leaves me feeling thoroughly cleansed. The downside is the price, the price, and did I mention the price? However, I managed to get it at the lowest possible cost on Coupang. The scent is like a stronger version of baby powder, which might be hit or miss for some people. I found it tolerable. - jy******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 22, 2022
My absolute favorite shampoo... First off, the scent is incredible. It's like a burst of phytoncides, giving you the feeling of stepping into a lush forest! I'm completely captivated by this natural, woodsy aroma. The product itself seems gentle and effective too. The price, to be honest. Aveda products are just too expensive. I really wish they'd have sales more often! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 6, 2021
It lathers up nicely, and as someone with a sensitive scalp, I'm pleased that it doesn't cause any blemishes after washing. Even when buying online, it's a bit pricey for an everyday shampoo, which makes it a bit of a burden on the wallet. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 16, 2021
After using this, my dry and brittle hair improved significantly. I highly recommend it to those with dry hair. The price point is admittedly not very affordable. I usually purchase it at duty-free shops. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 13, 2021
Since I constantly dye my gray hair, I always need to use treatments. But with this product, I feel like my hair texture stays somewhat maintained even without using a treatment every time. The product is good, but the price is a bit burdensome. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 29, 2020
I love the long-lasting natural herbal scent, which doesn't feel artificial at all. I don't have any complaints so far, but I'm also curious to try the Loxie* Repair Shampoo. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedDec 27, 2020
The fragrance is subtly pleasant and it's suitable for dry hair. While it's better than other Aveda shampoos, it still doesn't lather much, so you need to use a generous amount.
