Among Aesop's Marrakech, Miraceti, and Hwyl that I use, Miraceti is the only one that received unanimous approval from my acquaintances. It harmoniously blends a subtle, refreshing green fragrance with the salty scent of waves crashing against rocks, and a musky undertone. This makes it suitable for both men and women, perfect for summer and autumn. True to its niche perfume status, it's neither dull nor common, with an intriguing evolution from the initial notes to the base notes. In my opinion, the scent seems to fade a bit quickly. The transition from top notes to base notes happens rapidly, and the base notes start to weaken quite early. As a result, I carry a sample vial of Miraceti with me and reapply it periodically throughout the day. I recommend asking an Aesop store associate to let you sample the fragrance you're interested in. It's crucial to personally experience a perfume before purchasing. All Aesop fragrances have captivating base notes, so after applying, take a 20-minute walk outside to observe how the scent evolves and compare the changes.
