Great for contouring larger areas! The compact size makes it perfect for touch-ups on the go. I found it especially useful for quickly shading broader areas like the jawline. I wouldn't recommend it for nose contouring though. The color is too dark, making it look unnatural when used on the nose. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedJan 29, 2021
It's darker than shade #1, making it perfect for contouring! The color is quite nice too. The only downside is that there's not enough product. Other than that, it's great! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 22, 2021
The color is true to what you see, and you can control the amount easily with the applicator tip! I was satisfied with everything except for the small amount of product! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSep 22, 2020
If you have fair skin, definitely go for shade #1. I've tried both, and #2 is too dark, making your overall complexion appear darker. #1 gives the most natural-looking contour, which I love. Oh, and here's a pro tip: use this liquid contour style to define your jawline, then follow up with powder contour. It really makes your face look slimmer - it's amazing! If I had to point out one drawback, it's that the amount isn't generous, but when you look at the price, it makes sense. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 4, 2020
It's great even though it's quite matte! Easy to blend and I'm using it effectively on my cheekbones. The shade is somewhat dark. No blemishes appeared, and I love how moisturizing it is! Blending is a breeze too. I bought it thinking about overall contouring, but it's not as dark as I expected. I'm layering a darker powder contour on top of it to achieve the desired effect! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 1, 2020
As someone with a fair complexion using shade 21, I find this product absorbs beautifully and builds up in sheer layers. Even though I use shade 2, it provides natural-looking coverage. It's particularly effective for contouring under the chin. You can apply multiple layers without pilling, making it perfect for contouring beginners. While it builds up in sheer layers, it may lack the intense coverage some desire. Those who prefer dramatic contouring might find it insufficient. However, it's ideal for everyday, subtle contouring. For enhanced longevity, try setting this product with a powder contour. It significantly improves the staying power. - a5****Dry SkinRecommendedDec 2, 2019
I use shade 2 Coffee Brown, and it looks incredibly natural on my 22 tone skin. I love that it doesn't have any redness. The compact size makes it so convenient to carry around. It applies lightly and thinly, which I really appreciate. However, for someone like me who expected it to perform like a stick foundation, the coverage was disappointingly low. When I try to layer it over areas I've already covered, it tends to remove the previous application. I find it unusable when I have blemishes around my chin before my period. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedNov 20, 2019
This contouring product is perfect for defining the jawline. The liquid formula makes it incredibly easy to blend and create a seamless gradient effect. The shade might not be ideal for nose contouring. Other than that, I don't have any particular complaints. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedSep 19, 2019
No redness at all. It's like they've liquefied that famous gray contour from BBIA. Apply a controlled amount along your jawline and blend - instant chiseled look! The small size is perfect for tossing in your makeup bag. I haven't tried other liquid contours, but I love the small, soft applicator tip. While I don't have sensitive skin, a friend with super sensitive skin used it without any issues. It's tiny enough to fit in even the smallest makeup pouch. If you're only using it for contouring at home, it might be sufficient... but I can't help thinking they could have made it a bit longer. Like a mascara tube... I'd gladly pay more for a larger size! I recommend this more for the jawline than the nose. If you have fair skin, it can be quite noticeable on the nose, so you'll need to be very careful with the amount. Also, it's not waterproof. BBIA didn't claim it was, but I was curious and tried wiping it off with water after 5 minutes. It came off, leaving my skin feeling dry. There might have been the tiniest trace left, but barely noticeable. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedJun 20, 2019
Unlike the Milk Tea Brown shade from the same line, this one allows for a more noticeable contouring effect. The lightweight formula feels pleasantly hydrating on the skin. I wouldn't recommend using this with lighter foundations. It takes considerable time and effort to blend out the contour lines seamlessly.
