It's a vibrant red with a strong pink undertone. The velvet matte formula absorbs well, leaving a soft, powdery finish. Plus, it's budget-friendly! The staying power is really poor. Among matte lipsticks, this one had a surprisingly good application. Of course, it looks even more flawless if you exfoliate your lips beforehand, but it seems to do a decent job of smoothing over dead skin cells too.
