This cream is a perfect match for dry skin! As someone with deep dehydration, my skin often feels tight, but this product solved that concern. What's more, it has soothing and antioxidant effects, making it an absolute steal. If you have dry skin like me, give this a try. It's great for calming the skin! There wasn't really anything to complain about... It didn't cause any blemishes and worked well overall. You should apply this at the serum or essence stage of your routine, not as a cream. The texture is quite rich, so it might not be everyone's cup of tea. As someone with combination dehydrated skin prone to blemishes and uneven texture, I've never found a product that matches the absorbs and oil and moisture balance of this one. Hours after application, my skin doesn't feel overly dry, nor does it have unnecessary oiliness. I barely experience any deep dryness with this. Even with my super sensitive skin, there was no irritation! The texture is just right - when I apply it before makeup, there's absolutely no dead skin cells lifting or pilling. It's truly a no-frills product that delivers exactly what it promises. I've lost count of how many bottles I've gone through! The only downside is the price-to-volume ratio... As someone with super sensitive skin that's prone to tiny bumps at the slightest imbalance or drop in condition due to deep dryness, this product is a lifesaver. When I apply it before bed, all irritation is completely calmed by morning. I've poured money into everything from dermatological products to various cosmetics, but this is the one gem I've found. I've been using it consistently for 3 years, all year round. It comes in two types - Rich and Defensive. The Rich version is a bit thicker, great for winter, while the Defensive is lighter and suitable for all seasons. It's incredibly gentle, perfect for those with sensitive skin. Oh, and when you apply makeup over it, there's no pilling - it creates a perfectly moisturized base that really helps your makeup go on smoothly! The price... and the price... Plus, it's only 40ml - that's too little. I know it's a functional cosmetic, but... Being in a tube makes it inconvenient to use up completely. I'm always tapping it on the desk. Haha! Since I use it daily, it runs out so quickly. I end up ordering a new one before the current one is even finished, and the frequency of these orders is too high. Even if the price stays the same, I really wish they'd increase the quantity. For those with sensitive skin like mine, on days when your skin feels particularly delicate, just apply your toner and then this product alone! I've been happily using Sensibio Light for about two years. After it was discontinued, I switched to Defensive and I'm really enjoying it. As someone with oily skin, it's a bit disappointing that it gets shiny after a while, but I'm satisfied with everything else about it.

While it occasionally worked well for me, I recommend that those with super sensitive skin do a patch test before purchasing. Unfortunately, it caused some blemishes for me. It feels a bit heavy on the skin. For reference, I have combination dehydrated skin, and while I can usually use other heavy creams, this one seemed to trigger breakouts.

I used Dr.G's moisturizer in summer, but found it too dry for winter, so I looked for a more hydrating product from Bioderma. Comparing it with Bioderma Cicabio, I chose this one as Cicabio had a slightly heavier texture. This cream absorbs well and has a nice application. I'm satisfied that it tamed my dead skin cells in just one day of use. While the volume isn't particularly generous, and it's not the cheapest for a drugstore product, it's still worth it. I have typical skin that feels rich in summer and dry in winter, but I wouldn't recommend this for super oily skin. I love that it's fragrance-free and feels really hydrating! The texture leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth after application, which is fantastic. The price point is a bit high for the amount you get, which is somewhat disappointing. It works great as a final step in your skincare routine, replacing your usual moisturizer.
