I've only tried Black Rouge's matte lips before, but wow, this hidden gem is a glow lip paradise~ If you're into that juicy, glossy tanghulu lip look, gather 'round! It's seriously gorgeous.. I tried the Fig Syrup and Grapefruit Syrup shades. To be honest, the Grapefruit Syrup didn't suit me, but the Fig Syrup had this intriguingly beautiful color! While it's not exactly a cool-toned shade, I'd recommend it for those with deeper undertones. If you're into calm fig pink colors, give this a try! The exterior makes it easy to check the color, and the teardrop-shaped applicator is great for outlining. With its hollow center, it's easy to control the amount while applying. I wish they'd release some cool-toned colors.. and some high-brightness shades too. Why does Black Rouge always stick to 'old-school' warm tones? There's a total lack of high-brightness, low-saturation options for warm tones as well.. 
km*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 6, 2022Color: Mauve pink? It's actually pinker in person than in the photos! It's similar to Pigmy Pig, but with an extra touch of pink added. Texture: It's a beautifully glossy, moisturizing lip product that works hard for your lips. There's no stickiness, so it feels comfortable when applied. It goes on prettily even with a quick application, making it great for on-the-go touch-ups. Longevity & Transfer: It has surprisingly good staining power, so even as it fades, it doesn't look messy. The formula is easy to touch up too. It does transfer a bit to masks, but if you apply a thin layer, it should minimize transfer. It won't completely come off on your mask. Scent: It has a chocolate or caramel-like scent. It's similar to the Black Rouge Cream Matte Rouge I have, but this one has a more artificial fragrance. The scent is a bit disappointing... Tip: The center is hollowed out, making it easy to control the amount you use! I love how Black Rouge lip products generally make it easy to control the amount. The slightly artificial scent is a bit of a letdown. It might be a love-it-or-hate-it thing, but I think those who enjoy sweet scents might still like it.
