The nourishing toner, enriched with nine beneficial ingredients, has a viscous texture that deeply hydrates the skin from the first application. The price point is a bit disappointing. It's quite expensive to buy at full price, so it's better to wait for a sale. - bu**********Dry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 8, 2023
It's better than xk2. No need for further explanation. I have a small wish for the lid to be improved. The marketing could use some work too. If you're avoiding xk2 because of its strong scent, I recommend this one. - sw*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 9, 2022
I prefer this toner as it's not watery but has a slight viscosity. When gently applying with hands instead of cotton pads, there's a subtle, pleasant fragrance that dissipates quickly. It provides adequate hydration, and I appreciate that the first ingredient isn't purified water, but rather 78% of nine seed extracts. The diverse ingredients seem beneficial. Personally, I didn't experience any blemishes, which was great. However, the price is a bit... Please have more frequent sales! - 8h*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 9, 2018
After consistently using the lightweight Bioderma toner (which I love for its gentleness and zero irritation), I wanted to try a toner that felt more nourishing for my skin. So I picked this up during my trip to Korea. It was my first time hearing about this brand, but after some research, I found out it's actually more popular overseas and has great ingredients according to Hwahae. I bought it at Cremaré in Nonhyeon, and I'm absolutely in love with the product! Although it's a richer toner, it absorbs well into the skin. Most importantly, it gives my complexion an instant brightening effect! **Update after using about 4/5 of the bottle** As the weather has gotten drier, I'm noticing a tingling sensation! Perhaps due to the vitamin content, it seems to irritate my sensitive skin a bit. However, I haven't experienced any blemishes. The packaging, with its hole dispenser as shown in the photo rather than a pump, makes it slightly challenging to control the amount of product used. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 1, 2018
This essence is gentle and absorbs well. I've tried all the other essence lines from Blithe, but I'm on my third bottle of this one as it suits me best. After applying, my skin feels light and full of hydration. There's a plastic snap-on seal between the lid and container, allowing for hygienic use each time as if opening a new product. It also seems like it will last longer in dry winter weather without the liquid evaporating. Compared to the similarly priced Hanyul Fluid Essence, it's more expensive, but it's cheaper than SK2's Pitera Essence. During cleansing, I gently (really gently) exfoliate with my fingertips, then apply this essence generously. Afterwards, I pat and gently rub with a cotton pad, which picks up sebum and turns slightly yellow. I learned this method from a beauty YouTuber, and even though I'm using the same product, just changing the application method has significantly improved my skin texture. Plus, when used with the Velvet Yam Cream, the balance of hydration and oil is really satisfying. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinDec 10, 2017
I bought this after running out of my Primera essence, since I couldn't find Primera in Australia. A Sephora employee recommended this as having a similar texture. And indeed, it's quite similar - a slightly sticky, water-like consistency that's perfect for the current Australian summer. It makes my skin feel incredibly soft and smooth. While I used the Primera essence without much thought, I absolutely love how this makes my skin feel every time I wash my face. I was a bit apprehensive about trying an unfamiliar brand, but it turned out to be great. As someone with super sensitive skin, dry cheeks, and an oily T-zone, I can confidently say this works well for tricky skin types like mine. The price listed here is 39,000 won, but I paid 54 AUD in Australia. Even with the current favorable exchange rate, that's still over 43,000 won. I wouldn't recommend buying this in Australia - it's way too expensive. What a rip-off!
