As someone with year-round dry skin, I've found that spraying this product before and after applying cushion foundation significantly extends wear time and slows down the drying process. It's also great as a portable mist when decanted into a small spray bottle. Since I use this product so frequently, I wish it came in a larger size. Also, the spray doesn't come out as a fine mist, so you need to hold it quite far away when applying, which can be a bit inconvenient. I bought this as a primer and mist combo to use after my skincare routine, and it was quite convenient. First off, the packaging looks really cheap. The spray power is also subpar compared to similar products from brands in the same range. The actual priming effect seems minimal, and if you use it thinking it's just a mist, it's pretty mediocre. As winter approached, my skin became very dry, and applying makeup made my face feel tight and itchy. However, since using this product, I've noticed a significant improvement. I either spray it on my cushion puff before use or mist it over my makeup after application. Let me tell you about this product's incredible performance. One day, I went to work with my skin in absolute chaos - even my peach fuzz was acting up! Since this was the only product I had on hand, and my skin was too sensitive to touch due to makeup, I just kept spritzing it every 10 minutes or so throughout the day. Amazingly, when I got home and finally touched my face, I realized it had been locking in moisture all along! Without it, my skin would have been painfully dry, but this kept it under control. After using it for two days straight, my skin calmed down significantly. Since then, I've been using it whenever my skin feels dry. While it's supposed to have a setting spray function, I'm not too sure about that. It's great as a hydrating product, but if you're specifically looking for a setting spray, you might want to try something else. The spray is a bit strong, but if you mist it from a distance, it covers your entire face like a fine fog - it's really nice! It runs out surprisingly quickly for its size, but I might be using too much. If you have facial redness and are very sensitive to heat, just spray this on when you're feeling hot. The spray power has improved since the product was renewed. Unlike most mists that can leave your skin feeling dry, this one doesn't have that effect. I wish they would release a mini-size version. The price is also a bit disappointing. It's great to spray this right after cleansing and throughout the day. As someone whose face tends to get red easily, I find its soothing effect to be quite good.
