This sunscreen has great ingredients, provides excellent hydration, leaves no white cast, and feels clean on the skin. None really. If I had to nitpick, it doesn't visibly improve skin texture, so it's not noticeable when applied. This is only a very minor drawback. - na*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 26, 2025
The lightweight texture and just-right hydration are fantastic. It doesn't pill under makeup and doesn't irritate my eyes. I think it's perfect for daily use. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. It would be even better if it provided a bit more hydration than it currently does. - ek********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsMay 17, 2025
The usage feel was moist and good, but that's all there is to it. Within an hour after application, my skin becomes extremely dry. The wrinkles around my temples have become much more pronounced. Just because it contains hyaluronic acid doesn't mean it's good - hyaluronic acid needs moisture to bind to. Who would spray water on top of sunscreen? Instead, it feels like the hyaluronic acid is just sucking all the moisture out of my skin. It's much drier than mineral sunscreens, and instead of the white cast, I experience severe eye irritation. When I reapplied it outside while cooking, everyone else was fine, but I was crying and couldn't open my eyes for a long time because of the stinging. - ga**********Combination SkinRecommendedApr 24, 2025
I received my delivery today! It's my second time using this product, and I love how gentle and mild it feels on my skin! The size seems a bit small...? I like the product so much that I can't really think of any drawbacks yet.. - vi**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessRecommendedMar 6, 2025
As someone who gets blemishes from mineral sunscreens clogging my pores and experiences redness or hormonal disruption from chemical sunscreens, I've tried several and want to share my experiences with chemical UV filters. >3 chemical UV filters that caused side effects for me< -Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane, Avobenzone, Parsol 1789 -Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate -Methylene Bis-Benzotriazolyl Tetramethylbutylphenol (not 100% sure about this one, but I suspect it) >4 chemical UV filters that worked well for me< -Ethylhexyl Triazone -Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate -Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine -Terephthalylidene Dicamphor Sulfonic Acid I chose to try the Bushman Hyaluronic Acid Daily Sunscreen because it doesn't contain any of the UV filters I avoid. The other ingredients are also decent (by my standards). While it's possible to create SPF50 sunscreens with only natural ingredients, they can't match this level of comfort. I compromised a bit on ingredients to find something that works. I switched to chemical sunscreens because mineral ones clogged my pores, made me obsess over cleansing, and were harsh on my sensitive skin. This sunscreen meets my expectations - it's lightweight, hydrating, and has a clean finish without feeling heavy. No eye irritation either. So far, it's great in every aspect. I'll update if I experience any side effects with continued use. Update: Even with chemical sunscreens, using them daily requires careful cleansing, which can be tough on sensitive skin like mine. Thorough cleansing inevitably leads to some irritation. I've decided to go back to using sunscreen only on days with lots of sun exposure and outdoor activities, and rely on sun hats otherwise. While I loved the product's performance and wanted to keep using it, my sensitive skin just can't handle the daily deep cleansing required. It would be great if it came in a larger 200mL size for better value. Don't be afraid to apply generously - even with a 500 won-sized amount, it maintains a lightweight feel on the skin while providing lasting hydration and a clean finish. - wl****Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedOct 13, 2024
As someone with very sensitive eyes, I was pleasantly surprised that this didn't cause any stinging at all. I'm 100% going to repurchase! There's nothing really bad about it. If I had to nitpick, I'd say it feels slightly drying when you layer sunscreen on top. But sunscreens often come with a bit of dryness anyway, so I don't consider this a deal-breaker at all. I'm practically a semi-pro when it comes to mineral sunscreens, even ordering from overseas, and I can confidently say there's no better mineral sunscreen than this one! - s7***Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 18, 2024
I switched from Dalba and Lancôme sunscreens to Bushman... I've been loving Bushman's waterproof sunscreen for every trip, and when they released a daily version, I tried it and it's become my go-to. With my combination-oily skin, I absolutely can't use sunscreens that are too moisturizing or leave an oily residue. This one has low oil content and absorbs well, almost like an emulsion! It doesn't cause pilling even when applied before makeup, making it perfect for daily use. The only downside to Bushman Daily Sunscreen: I wish it came in a larger size... haha! - ye*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedSep 4, 2024
It's wonderfully moisturizing with excellent absorption. I love that there's no overpowering scent, and it feels so refreshing! The ingredients seem gentle too. My skin is sensitive and often reacts badly to purely organic sunscreens, but after trying a sample, I went ahead and bought the full-size product! As for downsides... I haven't really found any yet. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedMay 12, 2024
I've finally settled down after being a sunscreen nomad!!! I've tried all the highly recommended ones, but was never satisfied due to dryness, pilling, or slow absorption. However, this time I tried the daily product from Bushman, known for their waterproof sunscreen, and it's absolutely amazing. As expected, Bushman is the go-to for sun care. With its clean, fragrance-free formula, it's moisturizing, gentle, absorbs well, and leaves my skin feeling hydrated and fresh!! I've tried famous sunscreens like Dr.G, Cell Fusion C, and Birch Juice, but they would pill and feel thick when my skin wasn't in good condition. This one, though, is incredibly moisturizing without feeling heavy at all. It actually feels like it's addressing deep dryness, just like a skincare product. It also pairs well with foundation, making it a great base for makeup. I'm so satisfied every time I use it these days! There are no cons! My skin type is dry with an oily T-zone, but this sunscreen balances oil and moisture, controlling the oiliness in my T-zone. Highly recommended for dry or combination dehydrated skin..! Since it's a moisturizing sunscreen with hyaluronic acid, apply a light moisturizer as your base skincare step - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedMay 9, 2024
Hydration level comparable to a moisturizer with no white cast. It's not thick or heavy, making it comfortable to apply. Nothing particularly bad to mention. I'm struggling to come up with 20 characters worth of criticism... Could I get away with just using a tiny bit of moisturizer instead?
