As someone with long hair, I find it makes my hair too stiff, but my husband says it leaves his feeling refreshed. On the plus side, it lathers really well and has good cleansing effectiveness. It makes long hair too stiff, like a broom. Also, the pump dispenses too little product. My husband needs one pump, while I need six (usually three pumps with other shampoos).
