A product that combines a subtle white cast with a gentle glow (As someone with a slightly darker complexion, I absolutely love this aspect) A refreshing peppermint and herbal scent (It's different from cypress, but it's a fragrance I adore) Non-comedogenic, so it doesn't clog pores Even with my sensitive skin, it doesn't cause blemishes or irritation Perfect for achieving that bare-faced look with evened-out skin tone in summer, without foundation If you don't apply it on well-hydrated skin, it can feel a bit drying (maybe more so for my combination dehydrated skin) If you don't blend it in thoroughly, it might leave a noticeable white cast on your face I always use jojoba oil, even in summer After layering jojoba oil, toner, and moisturizer for ample hydration, I apply this product generously to my face Perhaps because I have sensitive, redness-prone skin with visible pores, I make sure to pack on the hydration before applying When I do this, it gives my skin such a beautiful subtle glow + brightening effect that I can skip foundation - wo********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 11, 2025
I bought this Benton sunscreen based on recommendations, and it's surprising to see a mineral sunscreen without a white cast. Since I apply generously, there is some white cast, but it spreads nicely on the skin. There's no reason to avoid it due to blemishes or other issues. However, it doesn't quite live up to the expectation of being completely free from white cast. The absorption is quite good, so with proper amount control, you can use it even before makeup application. - yj*****Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 6, 2025
Your face looks clean and well-groomed. Highly recommended for men. I can't think of any particular downsides. Maybe having to use cleansing oil when washing your face...? - du******Oily SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedJun 28, 2025
I bought this to use instead of foundation or cushion in the summer. Even though it's a mineral sunscreen, it doesn't pill or look cakey when applying makeup, and it doesn't leave a severe white cast, which I really appreciate. Perhaps because I have oily skin, it tends to separate on my nose area after some time, which is disappointing. - dj******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJun 28, 2025
No irritation and it applies smoothly! The best thing about this product is that it has no downsides. It claims to have no white cast, but since it's a mineral sunscreen, there was still a slight tint. This review highlights the gentle nature and easy application of the product, which are significant factors for those with sensitive skin. The reviewer appreciates that the product doesn't have any notable drawbacks, which is quite rare and a major plus. However, they point out a minor discrepancy in the product's claims regarding white cast. While the product states it leaves no white cast, the reviewer notes that as a mineral sunscreen, it does leave a slight tint. This information can be valuable for consumers, especially those with darker skin tones who are particularly concerned about white cast from sunscreens. - ho******Dry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJun 25, 2025
I bought this for my middle school daughter because it helps even out her skin tone and has good ingredients. She's really happy with it and uses it regularly! Personally, I found the strong scent and feel off-putting. It does provide a slight complexion correction though. The translation maintains the essence of the original reviews while adapting them to sound more natural in English. Cultural references have been adjusted, and cosmetic-specific terminology from the synonym list has been incorporated where appropriate. - ji**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 13, 2025
No pilling issues. While there's a slight white cast, it doesn't settle into fine lines, which I found satisfying. The white cast isn't overwhelming either. After a day of use, it helps calm blemishes that appeared in the morning. Perhaps due to the zinc oxide, when I cleanse after wearing it all day, I notice my skin has settled. Just keep in mind, I tend to apply sunscreen quite generously. Compared to other mineral sunscreens, it's moisturizing without feeling greasy. It's less hydrating than the Cynic mineral sunscreen, but it doesn't leave a shiny finish. Due to the white cast, I mainly use it on my neck. However, it can leave marks on dark clothing. When you sweat, it can run a bit, leaving light streaks. Double cleansing is a must. If you don't, even after using a cleansing foam or gel, you can still feel a sunscreen-like film on your skin. You need to double cleanse every day when using this product. - ji********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessRecommendedJun 11, 2025
The application is quite nice, it's gentle on the skin, and it's a mineral sunscreen that absorbs quickly, making it a must-have in my routine! There's nothing to dislike about this product! I think I'll continue using it regularly. - ko******Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 6, 2025
It doesn't make my skin oily, which is great! I have acne-prone skin that gets super greasy, but this sunscreen works well for me. None. As someone with acne-prone skin, I love how it controls oil. Highly recommended! The reviewer seems to have oily, acne-prone skin and is pleased with how this sunscreen doesn't exacerbate oiliness. They appreciate its oil-controlling properties and find it suitable for their skin type. The lack of negative feedback suggests overall satisfaction with the product. - su*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessJun 2, 2025
Well... I really debated whether to write this review or not. But I've decided to go ahead and share my experience. My skincare routine, diet, medications, and overall condition were pretty much the same as usual. The only major change was introducing this one cosmetic product. After applying it, my face completely broke out. I got tiny bumps and a rash... everywhere I applied it was itchy... This lasted for several days. As someone with super sensitive skin, I was hopeful this product would work for me. Unfortunately, it seems I had an allergic reaction. The blemishes and irritation were quite severe. If you have sensitive skin like me, you might want to patch test this product first or consider alternatives that are gentler on the skin.
