As someone with super sensitive skin, I usually stick to gel cleansers for my second cleanse. However, this product is truly hydrating and leaves my skin feeling so soft that it's become the only foam cleanser I use. It's only available for purchase in Japan and is less well-known compared to other Bioré products. A real gem considering its price point - definitely worth every penny! - ej***Dry SkinSensitive SkinNov 9, 2023
It's moisturizing for dry skin, doesn't cause tightness, and I thought it would be usable... After using it for a few days, it became itchy and irritating. If you're prone to allergies, don't use this. In conclusion, I can't recommend it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 23, 2021
As someone with dry skin, I love that there's hardly any tightness after using it! I'm not sure if it's because it's for dry skin, but it feels like the cleansing effectiveness is a bit weak. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedMar 24, 2020
It's so gentle and cleanses really well, which I love! I had some blemishes on my skin, but they disappeared after washing my face. The foam doesn't lather up much, so I had to use a bit more product or dampen my face to get it to work. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinFeb 26, 2020
To be honest, I'm not sure about its strong points... But after cleansing, it does feel a bit more hydrating than other products. I'm not certain if it was because of this, but I developed blemishes and immediately stopped using it... I managed to calm my skin down with the Acnes Cleansing Foam... It is moisturizing. There's no deep dryness after cleansing. However, I'm not sure if it's because of weak cleansing effectiveness or something else, but I experienced blemishes. So now I alternate between this and a cleanser specifically for blemish-prone skin. On days when I don't wear much makeup, I just use this for cleansing. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinFeb 5, 2020
Unlike other foam cleansers, this one didn't leave my skin feeling squeaky clean. Instead, it kept my skin hydrated. Since it's a Japanese product, I probably won't be using it anymore. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinNov 16, 2019
I picked this up at Don Quijote during my trip to Japan. While I can't remember the exact price, it was around 320 yen, which is incredibly affordable. The low price point is definitely its biggest advantage. Given recent events, I'm hesitant to recommend Japanese products. Though I can't read the Japanese text on the back, I noticed it contains PEG ingredients, which aren't great for the skin. That was a letdown. Biore offers several foam cleansers for different skin types. I've tried a couple, but as someone with dry skin, I haven't found them particularly beneficial. My skin tends to feel tight after cleansing. In conclusion, considering it's a Japanese product and we have many superior options available in Korea, I wouldn't really recommend this. - yh*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessRednessDead Skin CellsOct 10, 2019
It's a decent product with a reasonable price. The foam itself is quite gentle. I have sensitive skin that tends to develop dead skin cells quickly if it's not well-hydrated. After using this, my skin gets flaky right away in dry autumn, though it's a bit better in summer. I wish the ingredients were better, perhaps without unnecessary fragrances. - ki*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJul 22, 2019
I was impressed that it didn't leave my skin feeling too tight after cleansing I found the tube packaging a bit inconvenient - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 31, 2019
It's affordable and offers great value for money! If you're visiting Japan, I highly recommend stocking up on several of these. Being a moisturizing cleanser, it leaves your skin feeling smooth without any tightness or dryness. There weren't any major downsides, but like most foam cleansers, it would have been more convenient if it came with a foam pump dispenser. They do offer a pump version, so if you can, I'd suggest going for that one.
