I expected it to be drying since it's called an anti-shine base, but it was surprisingly moisturizing like a hydrating cream. The texture was really nice to use before other base products. While I can't pinpoint any outstanding features, it absorbs well and doesn't pill under makeup, leaving a soft, matte finish. It gives a velvety feel when applied and helps prevent makeup from separating. However, it doesn't seem to cover pores or provide color correction. It's mainly just for smoothing skin texture and preventing makeup from looking patchy.

It doesn't function as a pore primer. It just feels like a moisturizer, which makes me wonder why they included 'pore' in the name.

The texture is light, but honestly, since my skin isn't oily, I don't feel much when I apply it. I bought it thinking it might help with the shininess around my nose area in summer, but there's hardly any difference whether I use it or not. This might work better for those with extremely oily skin rather than combination to dry skin types. They're more likely to notice its effects.
