For a stick product, the staying power is really impressive. The color payoff is beautiful too! The soft texture might make the color appear too intense for some people's taste. - sh*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessRecommendedMay 28, 2019
The color is absolutely my style! This one product is all you need. It's so moisturizing that you don't need lip balm, and you don't need any other lip color. The pigmentation is fantastic. While it does fade a bit when eating, some color still remains. It transfers quite often... Every time I try to eat something, it smudges again and again. The price? I'll have to buy it duty-free... Such a beautiful shade. Gently blending it just outside your lip line looks absolutely gorgeous! - da******Combination SkinAcne SkinFeb 21, 2019
Smooth application with a moisturizing feel. Natural color payoff. Doesn't emphasize lip flakiness. If closed incorrectly, it can get smudged easily. The cap design can lead to lipstick stains around the edges if you're not careful. The staying power is... weak. Considering the price, I wouldn't really recommend it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 19, 2018
I really like the color. It's convenient for everyday use, anytime. It comes off easily and becomes too soft. If you close the lid even slightly wrong, it gets smashed. - do*****Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 11, 2018
After deliberating over which Chanel crayon color would look best, I chose Rouge Coral! Since I prefer a lighter application, I apply it to the inner part of my lips and blend it out with my finger. First off, the color is absolutely gorgeous!! It suits warm skin tones beautifully. Plus, the crayon format makes it so convenient! You can control the intensity depending on which side you use to apply it. The product smudges a lot! After just 3 days of use, the top part got completely squished by the cap... so disappointing. - 2b*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 25, 2018
The application is smooth and Chanel lipsticks have such beautiful color payoff! While other brands' lipsticks might look similar, I often don't finish them. With Chanel, I always end up seeing the bottom of the tube. The creamy crayon type makes it easy to define lip lines too. The coral shade brightens my complexion, and for someone like me who doesn't wear heavy makeup, this lipstick alone is enough to create a radiant look. I find myself reaching for it often! The price... that's the downside. While the design is simple yet elegant and the quality is satisfying, if it were cheaper, well... it wouldn't be Chanel, would it? It looks beautiful applied all over the lips, but for a more natural look, try applying it to the center of your lips and blending with lip balm. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinFeb 3, 2018
Incredible color payoff and application. Glides on smoothly even over dead skin cells. Though it's a crayon-type, the twist-up design makes it convenient to use. While skin type doesn't really matter for lip products, it does transfer easily due to its moisturizing formula. The price is a bit steep considering the amount you get. - ki*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinSep 2, 2017
I absolutely loved how moisturizing it was. It's not a greasy kind of moisture, but more like a hydrating lipstick? The color is right in between pink and orange, with maybe a drop more orange? Since my lips are naturally dark red, it might appear slightly more orange on others! Don't be fooled by blogger swatches showing it as a red-orange - it's definitely not! It's just a deep coral, not red at all. I think this shade would suit anyone, whether cool or warm-toned. Unlike other lip products that make my lips peel and stain unevenly over time, this one didn't cause any flaking. No emphasis on dead skin cells either! Personally, I love a true coral that's exactly between pink and orange. Most 'coral' shades from other brands tend to lean either pink or orange, but a true coral is rare. This has become my daily go-to. It gives a elegant yet lively look. For a moisturizing formula, it doesn't transfer excessively and wears normally. It's neither a tint nor a matte lip - it's a hydrating lip crayon, so it's natural for the inner part to wear off after eating. I don't consider that a flaw. I wish it had a sweet taste since it goes in the mouth. Also, while it's coral, it's not a perfect coral. This shade is a coral with an extra drop of orange (on hand swatch). However, since my lips have a dark reddish tone, it turned out to be the coral I was looking for and suited me well. If you're picky like me and looking for a true coral that's right in the middle of pink and orange, and you have naturally reddish lips, you'll probably be satisfied. While the hand swatch showed a coral leaning slightly more orange, it didn't appear that way on my lips! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSep 2, 2017
For a crayon-type product, it has impressive color payoff and the shades are beautifully flattering. The staying power is... well... And there's a slight shimmer, so if you're not into that, you might want to skip this one. Also, it wears down pretty quickly, unfortunately. I have a feeling this would be absolutely perfect for warm-toned complexions! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSep 1, 2017
It's moisturizing, which makes it great for gradient lips, and it's easy to touch up. The color is beautiful too. I've been using this every day lately. As moisturizing as it is, it completely wears off after eating. I guess that's because it's not a tint, right?
