As someone with a deep undertone/cool-leaning complexion who doesn't suit pink or orange tones well, I've found my holy grail lipstick! Usually, when my lips get oily, lip colors tend to oxidize and turn orangey or pink. But this one doesn't do that at all. Instead, it's a red with just the tiniest hint of orange - it's become my go-to shade. Unlike Shu Uemura's Gangnam Orange or MAC's Chili, which can feel overwhelmingly orange, this one is subtle. It's a red that doesn't scream for attention but rather embraces your lips naturally. The only downside is that it applies so smoothly, you'll go through it quickly! Make sure to remove any oil from your lips before applying for best results. For those with combination dehydrated skin or super sensitive skin, this lipstick works hard to provide a beautiful glow without causing irritation or dryness. It absorbs well without feeling sticky, making it perfect for daily wear. The color evens out your lip tone, enhancing your overall complexion. - yo**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 7, 2025 (UTC+0)
It's moisturizing and the color payoff is great. The staying power is pretty decent too. The shade is a brick red, which I'd recommend for those with deep undertone complexions. It's not as hydrating as a lip balm, but it's about as moisturizing as you'd expect from a lipstick. Rather than applying it directly to dry lips, it goes on better and the color looks prettier if you prep your lips with a lip balm first, letting it absorb for softer lips. I recently bought it at duty-free, but when I checked Hwahae, it shows as discontinued. It's also sold out on the official website.

One swipe delivers stunning color payoff, it's moisturizing, and the case is gorgeous... There's absolutely nothing lacking about it. While the product color is undeniably a brick red, on my lips it transforms into an MLBB shade with a hint of pink. Layer it on, and it deepens into a muted red. It might seem surprising, but it's so beautiful that I can't help but approve! Well... the price isn't exactly budget-friendly. Other than that, I can't think of any drawbacks. - hy******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 21, 2021 (UTC+0)
It's so beautiful! As expected, Chanel lipstick's application is no joke. It doesn't emphasize dead skin cells and gives a luxuriously glossy finish. I love how the color's charm differs when applied lightly versus more intensely. Unfortunately, it comes off too easily when it touches a face mask. The price is also quite steep... - so******Dry SkinRecommendedFeb 24, 2021 (UTC+0)
Trying Chanel lipstick for the first time, and now I understand the hype. It's absolutely stunning... Glides on smoothly with a beautifully sheer color. It's a clear red with a hint of orange, giving a lovely coral hue. While the staying power isn't exceptional, the color is just too gorgeous to resist. Even my boyfriend loves how pretty it looks! Being a moisturizing formula, it doesn't last very long. At 47,000 won, the size of the Chanel lipstick is disappointingly small.
