(Skin type: Combination, acne-prone, sensitive skin) *I've been using this for about 3 months! Absorbs: It's really great! I loved that I could apply it in a very thin layer! It was also good for layering! Absorption: It absorbs quite quickly, but I don't prefer products that sink in immediately after application, so I liked the way this one felt as it absorbed! I was a bit worried about applying it since my cheek area tends to be dry, but I didn't feel any tightness or dryness at all, which was great! I think I was able to use it well even in winter without experiencing those sensations! There wasn't really anything disappointing, but I don't think I noticed any significant changes like it locking in deep hydration or anything like that! - al**********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsAug 8, 2024
It's simply clean and that's it! It's a watery gel-like product with no potentially sensitive ingredients or irritating feel. I use it by mixing with functional powders. I blend it with The Ordinary's niacinamide powder - it mixes well without any excess and doesn't clump, which shows it's compatible with other products. That's a definite plus. It's just average, which makes me wonder if it's worth using such an ordinary product at this price point. It feels no different from aloe gel. I'm using it because I already have it, but I probably won't repurchase. - mi****Combination SkinAcne SkinJun 16, 2024
Absorbs well, feels refreshing and transparent on the skin Poor value for money. Can't really tell if it's moisturizing, and it feels sticky when applied. I bought it because the ad claimed it was good to use before makeup, but it's too sticky and my skin feels dry by the afternoon. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this. - du*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMay 11, 2024
True to its 'jelly' name, it feels like a slightly solidified water toner. It's incredibly lightweight and absorbs quickly even when applied generously. Seasonally speaking, it would be perfect for summer use. For those with very oily skin, this alone might suffice during the summer months! I have sensitive skin that often reacts to products, but I didn't experience any blemishes after using this. The transparent container is great as it allows you to see intuitively how much product is left. Clinique's availability in Olive Young stores makes it quite accessible, so you might be able to snag it at a discount during sales. For winter use, it felt a bit drying for my combination skin. Also, there seems to be some alcohol content as I personally dislike the scent, which is why I'm deducting one star. - yk*****Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 11, 2023
It's lightweight and non-sticky, yet deeply hydrating. A holy grail for oily skin types! The price is reasonable for the amount you get, and I don't have any major complaints. - so******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedSep 14, 2023
I used this wonderfully during summer. It's an incredibly refreshing gel that I applied frequently whenever my skin felt dry. It's unusable in spring, fall, and winter due to extreme dryness. But that doesn't matter since I bought it specifically as a 'gel' for summer use anyway! - di*****Oily SkinAcne SkinSep 8, 2023
It's great for casual application during summer. It absorbs well without feeling overly moisturizing, just enough to take the edge off dry skin. The hydration doesn't last long, so this alone isn't enough for moisturizing. It might be suitable for those with oily skin though. - zo*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresJul 18, 2023
This is better suited for normal to oily skin types rather than dry skin. It's not too runny and spreads easily like a gel. It provides some hydration, though it doesn't last too long. The texture is perfect for those with oily skin. This is too light for dry skin. While it absorbs well, it doesn't offer much value for its price. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 3, 2023
It's moisturizing and absorbs quickly. I've heard it acts as a protective barrier against fine dust and other harmful substances, so I keep a stock of it. Due to dryness, I need to apply more products. After using this, I layer on an emulsion gel and then add another cream on top. I usually don't like layering products, but since this one isn't sticky, I manage to use it. - yk*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 18, 2023
This is my holy grail for oily skin - I'm on my third bottle! While the yellow gel kept causing issues and I had to stop using it after a few tries, this one applies more thinly and feels more hydrating and refreshing than the yellow gel. There are no downsides. If they discontinue this, I'll protest! It's just too good!
