There's a cool, moist feeling on your fingertips. As a result, there's absolutely no excess powder and it adheres well to the skin. I recommend using your fingers rather than tools to apply it. It's a champagne color that anyone can use, regardless of warm or cool undertones. When you spread it, it has an incredible presence like a Vaseline glow. If you apply it to the tip of your nose, it really makes your nose pop. The volume is so large that I might be using it until I'm a grandma, haha!
